I noticed inaccuracies being reported to XXXX and XXXX credit bureaus by XXXX XXXX XXXX, I for services provided XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I 've never had any Services provided by this XXXX that was n't paid for. Therefore I disputed the information back in XXXX when the error occurred and it was removed from all credit reporting agencies however now I noticed that it reappeared on XXXX and XXXX only. Therefore once again I disputed the charges with the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXXand sent the collection agency a letter asking them to verify the debt or remove it from my credit reports. Unfortunately there 's been no action done to verify the debt or being remove from my credit report. My credit report shows remarks that debt is being disputed however it has went away. Therefore onXX/XX/XXXX I tried calling XXXX XXXX XXXX, I to provide my contact information and request a copy of the bill I was being charged for. The representative that answered the phone was extremely rude and very disrespectful to me accusing me of not paying my bills and he started yelling over the phone. I was asking him to send a statement with a summary and description of balances owed. Representative who answered ask me very rudely " What are you going to do with the information '' " Are you going to pay the bill he ask ''. I just repeated my original request and ask for a copy to be sent and that when he lost control and demanded that he 's not sending a bill and he 'll provide me with the information to pay the bill and over the phone. I hung up the phone because I did n't think I deserve to be treated like this for trying to solve a problem that 's already impacting my credit report. I feel something 's not right because he did n't try to call me back however they also never corrected my credit report. Please assist because they only thing I 'm trying to do is clear things up however I have absolutely no records showing that I ever had Services provided that I did n't pay or co signed for anyone else 's Services.
