XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX My contract was cancelled I never agreed to pay a third party aka collection agencies I had insurance on my items which I reported to original company was destroyed and in some one else 's possession I could not be around court ordered. My damage waiver should have covered damaged items. I couldn't return also owner of store said she sold contract out of her hands which is a breach in the contract it is backed by a bank so it should have been charged off as loss or covered by insurance. I have no contract with collection agency who just told me over the phone today they have given the account to there attorney but the original creditor states they no longer have anything to do with my account also the prices and the way the reporting on my account Is wrong I had one account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but the collection agency reports it as two and they only have one contract that doesn't say I have to pay them and I was willing to so I can fix my credit report but they refused to remove account only report them as XXXX.
