XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has filed a collections claim for debt that is not due to them. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has repeatedly submitted a claim to my insurance company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, who paid the " maximum allowed '' for service on XX/XX/22 and then denied future claims to recover the unapproved amount. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent us invoices several times trying to get us to pay the remaining balance, which is not allowable under my insurance plan. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX several times and they informed me that no action was needed on my part and that they would submit it to the insurance again. In every claim and explanation of benefits from my insurance provider, the patient amount due in all cases is {$0.00}, providing evidence that the amount that is trying to be recovered from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is an unallowable expense. I have documentation of all of this to support this complaint.

In XXXX 2015 I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ER. They out source their doctors from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have dual insurance and XXXX XXXX XXXX billed the wrong insurance as Primary. The insurance would n't pay and by the time it was resolved ( that is, by the time XXXX billed the correct insurance ) my insurance would n't pay my because it had been too long. XXXX sent the bill to collections even though it was their billing error. I paid the bill anyway directly to XXXX. The collection company, Action Professionals Incorporated, sent me harassing and numerous letters even after the debt was paid. They are now trying to get me to pay interest on the debt directly to them. XXXX has been paid and the issue with them is resolved. Action Professionals Incorporated have continued to harass me via mail. I called API to resolve this issue and they said the law says I have to pay them interest.

I filed a complaint here back in 2018 and addressed 3 different collection agencies who were violating the fair debt collection practices and had negative results. Only 1 company responded with incorrect information and the case was closed. Further research showed that XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and action professionals have been incorrectly reporting my debt information for years and also repeatedly reporting the same date frequent enough to make the debts appear recent even though they were 4 or more years old. My complaint was not sufficiently handled and the debt collectors are still harassing me and ruining my chances at fixing my credit. I'm the consumer here, where's the fairness and justice.

Action Professionals at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX has fraudulently placed a medical collections onto my credit report for a deceased man they know I was not legally married too because he was still legally married to another woman at the time of his death. I did speak to the collection handler and he refused to correct and remove the collections from my credit report even knowing it was not mine nor my legal obligation. The collection is for {$3100.00} and was placed onto my credit file XX/XX/2021
