1 ) It was to my understanding that my student loan debt had been paid in full when I received a collection notice from Action Financial Services ( hereinafter referred to as AFS ). I dispute the validity of this debt, the proof furnished by AFS does not show the origin or history of said debt, nor were they able to provide any viable itemized ledgers. 2 ) Somewhere between the dates ofXX/XX/XXXX andXX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXXI received the first debt collection notice from AFS. ( See Exhibit A ) 3 ) On XX/XX/ I called AFC to inquire about said account, and at that time I officially requested proof of validity of the debt. 4 ) OnXX/XX/XXXX I received documents from AFS ( datedXX/XX/XXXX ) ( See Exhibit B ). These documents acknowledged my request for validation of my obligations. Their letter stated Enclosed is a copy of the document ( s ) that will establish the validity of your debt. Included were 2 documents, the first document was a copy of their payment/financial history section ( See Exhibit C ). This report was irrelevant to me as I am unfamiliar and/or unaware of what the information on this report means. For example, there are codes listed in the transaction type, as there is no key, I am unaware as to what these codes refer to. There is also a column titled Debt Number, again I am unaware of what this information refers to. This document in no way shows how the information provided correlates to the debt AFS is attempting to collect. The second document provided was an unknown 3 page document ( See Exhibit D ). At the top of this document it refers to a Repayment Plan, this document is signed by me and dated XXXX. The information included in Exhibit D is barely legible and it is also incomplete ; there is a page 3, a page 2 and the last page is not numbered. The information provided in Exhibit D is inconclusive of were any debt originated, it also fails to provide any tangible proof of the debt that AFS is attempting to collect from me. 5 ) OnXX/XX/XXXX I called AFS regarding the documents that were sent to me establishing the validity of my debt. I stated to the representative that what they provided was not sufficient proof of the validity of the debt they are trying to collect. During the course of my call, despite my clear agenda to gather more information, the AFS rep made multiple attempts to get me to set up a payment plan. The rep also told me that since I made prior payments on my student loans, that those actions show that I had and/or am accepting the validity of this debt. I stated that I have never made any payments to AFS therefore I have not and am not accepting the validity of this debt. When I asked for more information regarding the origin of this charge and stated that they hadnt done anything to show me what this debt was for. The rep informed me that the burden of proof is on the consumer, and that if I say that I paid this debt that it is my obligation to provide receipts, documentation etc. I asked the rep How am I to provide proof of payment etc. if I dont know what or where this debt came from? He was not able to provide an answer to that question. 6 ) I would also like to point out a few key unsettling facts regarding said debt and the fines and fees being charged by AFS. a. Per the rep on XX/XX/ I was able to obtain the following breakdown regarding the balance they are attempting to collect on : i. {$19000.00} is being collected for Principle ii. {$20000.00} is being collected for Interest iii. {$7000.00} is being collected for Collection Fees b. Although I have been disputing this debt since the first notice was received, the interest keeps accruing at an alarming rate. I dont know what this rate is because I was never provided with any information from AFS regarding rates, terms, etc. On the date that the first AFS notice was rcvd the total debt was listed at {$46000.00} when I called onXX/XX/XXXX by balance was {$46000.00}. This means that in less than one month, and while I was in the process of disputing said debt, the total owed grew by {$130.00}. Your diligent review of this case is much appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been disputing my loans since XX/XX/XXXX. I was on an income contingency program and my payments were {$0.00}. Then my taxes were taken. According to the Department of Education my taxes were not taken nor was I certified to have my taxes taken. I provided proof that my taxes were taken in the amount of {$6900.00} and they said oh yes they were taken but have ignore request after request to show were they were applied. I was then told that I consolidated in XX/XX/XXXX. I told them there was no reason for me to consolidate that I was renewing my XXXX information. About a month after my taxes were taken I was told my balance that was under {$5000.00} was now {$45000.00}. I keep asking for specific information in regards to where the balance of these loans came from and I keep being provided with an incomplete contract which does not even have my signature on it. No specific balance information has been provided nor where my taxes went. I filed complaints with the MN attorney generals office and the Department of Education did not provide specific information to them either. I then received notice that they were are intending to garnish me even though they can not validate the debt. I sent in 80 pages with a request for hearing and I received a response from the Federal Student Aid department that I did not provide any documentation and they are going to garnish me on a debt they can not even validate. They did not even give me a hearing! I provided proof that the so called consolidation that was paid in XX/XX/XXXX paid XXXX XXXX {$5300.00}. Far cry from {$45000.00}. As well as info that I was working on the income contingency program at that time, collection letters from 2 different companies on the exact same day one showing more than 2 times the amount owed on the exact same loans, documentation of the tax offset in XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$6900.00} and the tax offset of almost {$10000.00}, them showing that after these payments I still owe {$29000.00} of which is inaccurate, and the incomplete contract that they keep sending me. They are now saying if I do not like their decision I can file an appeal of which I can not afford. I am a single parent who has had more than 20 XXXX and XXXX and work part time. This is harassment. Action Financial keeps trying to collect even though they can not provide specific information. They keep sending me the incomplete contract and then trying to bully me into paying what they can not even show where it came from. They keep sending me page 3-10 of a contract that does not even have my name on it, is expired, and shows that I would have completed multiple tasks that are not humanly possible in less than 2 min. I have been told by a manager at the department of education that they can not provide me with the information as they do not have it. Direct loans has it and they went out of business. And then they continue to try to collect! Action Financial says they are collecting on loans from a consolidation in XX/XX/XXXXand the Federal Student Aid department keeps sending me documentation from a consolidation in XX/XX/XXXX.

I was contacted by Action Financial o make arrangements to pay my student loan balance off and told if I did not make arrangements my paycheck would be garnished. I explained that my finances have been devastated over the past 3 years because my husband became very ill. He lost his very good job and we also lost our home. I filled out the financial form and told them that we were already making over {$500.00} in payments to the IRS. I was told that they could not factor the payments we were making to the IRS in the payment arrangements. I asked for a hearing on the matter. in XX/XX/2018. I received a response in a letter dated XX/XX/18 that was postmarked XX/XX/18 that I received on XX/XX/18. The letter stated that I had 15 days from the date of the letter to make arrangements with Action Financial or my paycheck would be garnished at a rate of 15 %. I called Action Financial on XX/XX/18 to make a payment arrangement. They gave me an arrangement of {$310.00} per month and told me I needed to close the deal within a few days. They also told me that the DOE had already contacted my Employer to garnish my wages and they could not explain or understand why. I contacted the DOE on XX/XX/18 or XX/XX/18 and was told that the garnishment could be suspended and my garnished wages returned once Action Finance confirmed my arrangements. I emailed them current pay stubs and a recurring payment form all by XX/XX/18 within the 15 days. When I kept pressing Action Financial for how they payments were going to be handled since there was the garnishment and now the recurring payment that would be taken from my account and paychecks. I kept getting vague answers from both Action Financial and the DOE about how the suspension of the garnishment would occur and only the payment arrangements would be deducted. I was promised on XX/XX/18 that I would get a return call detailing with certainty how this would occur. I never got a return call and I called several times since them and kept being told that the team assigned to my case are unavailable and would call me back. I am so afraid that they garnishment of {$350.00} from each biweekly paycheck will continue and the recurring payment of {$310.00} per month from the payment agreement will also be taken. I feel like I am being set up to take all these payments and not allowing me the process they promised me in the letter. And the DOE keeps sending me to Action Financial and Action Financial is acting like they don't really understand how this could happen. They will bankrupt me and cause me to lose even more. My husband 's medical expenses cost us a lot each month and now with this I don't know what I can do. These are some of the worst tactics I have ever seen and it is not fair. I am getting sick trying to deal with this situation and my husband 's illness. I don't understand how they could be so heartless.

I filed jointly with my husband for the first time this year, and we were told we would get a refund of {$1400.00}. We received a notice stating that our entire refund was being offset to defaulted student loans. My loan servicer XXXX notified me that while I was behind on payments that I had not yet defaulted on my loan or entered " pre-default '' yet. I contacted the debt collection agency ( Action Financial Services ) who were very helpful to a point, asking lots of information bout my household income, and lots of info about our expenses. When I asked when i had defaulted on my loans they informed me that they had taken over the loans in XXXX of XXXX, but they were not able to provide me with info as to who my loan servicer was prior to this. The provided me with number to contact to inquire about this information. I reached out to the loan locator number they gave me and found out that my loans were being serviced by XXXX prior to them being sent to collection in XXXX. In XXXX I contacted a company that was helping people with filing for a debt forgiveness program through the government. The company needed my PIN and asked for {$900.00} up front to use as good faith payment to XXXX ( may have been under XXXX XXXX still at the time ) and they also used up my last deferment I had available to me as part of the process. I would never had agreed to this process if I had not had two other people I know go through this process and have their loans drastically decrease. On the XXXX website they have multiple stafford loans listed as consolidated or not owed. And I had assumed that this was because the loans had been paid and processed by the government program I had signed up for. But now I am not sure. I do not remember receiving anything from XXXX that my federal loans were being handed by another loan provider, and if i did i would likely have assumed that due to the program I had worked with that this info did not pertain to me. The current loan holder and debt collector have stated that they will help me get out of collection if I make payments that are between {$480.00} and {$440.00} ( both amounts which i have informed them that I can not afford pay ), for a consecutive 9 months, and then my debt would be moved to yet another loan servicer. I was informed that because both my income and my spouse 's income were being used to calculate what I was expected to pay, regardless of what I as an individual were able to pay, that was low as the payment could be made. The only other option offered to me was that I could open another loan through an outside company ( that i would have to find ) and pay off the defaulted debt all at once, and that they would waive the late fees associated with account. If i did not do this, then I would be paying on the total amount due of over {$42000.00}.

Over the last 18 years I have been receiving letters regarding the payment of this debt. I was born XX/XX/XXXX the documents to this were signed 2 months after my XXXX birthday. The staff at the school told me I had to sign them because my parents were at work. I paid monthly even though I could not attend class as there was no one to teach the class I was the only student. Then the school closed, so I did not get to attend but for 1 week. I have been receiving letters with " Department of education '' listed as the sender since I was about XXXX ( 10 years after the document was signed ) after providing verification that I was under XXXX at the time, proof that the document signed was a XXXX XXXX loan ( not through the Department of Education ) and proof from the Department of education that they know nothing of this debt. Once received the company who owed the debt would close my case with them, then the debt gets sold and I have to go through this all over again. I am now being harassed by Action Financial Services, they continue to call my cell phone and even contacted me here at the Law Firm I managed ( XXXX XXXX is the Collector for XXXX XXXX I have asked them not to call my phone or work and explained again that I did not get to attend the school, it is not through Dept. of Ed. and I was only XXXX at the time. Then the letters started being mailed to my home, I received 10 in a 2 week period. The last one being a Department of Education letter stating " Notice of Proposed Wage Garnishment ''. I have called the Department of Education and spoke to XXXX who gave me the Case # XXXX she stated my student loans with them are current and all payments are received. She stated this company does not have anything to do with the Dept. of Ed and if I owed Student loans through them I would not have been approved for Grants/Loans that I currently have. She reviewed the documents from AFS that say " XXXX '' and stated these should not have been sent as Dept of Ed has nothing to do with XXXX Loans. She then referred me to Ombudsman through the Dept. of Ed. I contacted them Case # XXXX Spoke to XXXX who suggested that I do not give any information directly to this company as the " Proposed Garnishment '' document lists an address in XXXX GA which she states that phone number and Address has nothing to do with the Dept. of Education and due to the fact that my Student loans with them are Currently being paid it would be illegal for them to Garnish my wages for Student Loans. She then referred me to Consumer finance. I have provided all the information I can to these companies and they have continued to sell this debt regardless of it being from XX/XX/XXXX ( per their records sent to me ) when I was XXXX years ol.

I received a letter on XX/XX/2018 stating that I must respond and begin making payments on my federal student loan or it would go into default status. I called within the first 30 days of the allowed 60 days and they told me that my loan was already in default and to " disregard the wording as it is their general welcome-letter ''. They then took some information from me and stated that I would need to pay a monthly amount of {$78.00} for 9 months for my loan to be taken out of default status. The entire loan amount equaled {$7300.00}. I agreed to the monthly amount and asked if I could make the first payment but they asked me to wait until I received another letter for them to begin making payments. While I was waiting for their letter they began calling my employer and my employer transferred the call to me. I immediately asked them never to contact my employer and only to contact me on my cell number. They agreed, but then stated my new total was {$9200.00} and I would now be required to make a monthly payment of {$750.00} per month. I told them this was not feasible for me and asked why my monthly amount jumped 10x that of their last quote. They said it was because I was married and my husband made the same amount of money that I did. I asked then why the payment wouldn't just double to {$150.00} and they couldn't tell me. At this point I asked them again to only contact me via my cell number and I called my attorney for advice. She advised me not to speak to them and to allow them to send a letter on my behalf. A week later I began receiving calls from them again directed to my employer. I spoke to them and reminded them that I expressly asked them never to contact my employer, that I had never given them the name or number of my employer and that they were jeopardizing my employment by doing so. They then pressured me to give them the name and phone number of my attorney and I said I didn't feel comfortable doing so and that all information would be clearly presented in the letter presented on my behalf.

I have been actively trying to talk with Action Financial Services to establish a voluntary repayment schedule since I was notified of this loan being placed with them. I have the following issues : - I am unable to set up a voluntary repayment because they told me it was at the wage garnishment stage and I had to request a hearing. - The service rep at AFS confirmed that they did not have my correct address on file ( I found out that they had the debt because my neighbor brought over an opened piece of mail from them in Aug - the notice was dated in XX/XX/XXXX ), so now my neighbor knows my personal information. I called AFS to set something up as soon as I was notified. - This notice did NOT mention garnishment, I found out about that when I called AFS - I have faxed the required hearing request to the number they gave me on multiple occassions and have not received any response - I received a letter, yesterday, dated XX/XX/XXXX that says it is a final notice of garnishment of up to 15 % of my wages ... I absolutely can not afford that and wish to enter into voluntary repayment. This letter states " You may still exercise the right to contest this action as cited in our original Notice. However ; because you failed to comply ... your exercise of this right will not result in the delay of a wage garnishment '' - I never received the original notice - it was confirmed that they did not have my correct address - I gave them my email and my phone in addition to my correct address and NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME! I am simply trying to enter into a voluntary repayment and avoid the garnishment but, all they give me to communicate with the hearing department is a fax number. I have transmission reports that show the information was sent but, I still receive no response. It is not fair that I've not received any communication until this FINAL NOTICE. I deserve a chance to voluntarily repay this debt without a garnishment.

I have received several letters from various Debt Collection Agencies regarding XXXX XXXX University. I have reported many of them previously and have had my income tax refunds taken regardless. I recently received yet another bogus letter, dated XX/XX/2018, from an agency calling themselves Action Financial Services , LLC demanding a sum of {$12000.00} for XXXX XXXX University. On XX/XX/2018, I contacted the number listed and spoke with a XXXX XXXX and then a XXXX XXXX, who advised me they were actually from XXXX, an agency that previously tried to extort money and that I previously reported since they did not answer phones nor set up payment arrangements. All they did was threaten lawsuits and to withhold income tax refunds. For the past two years, my income tax refunds have been withheld by various fraudulent agencies and I am still receiving threatening and abusive letters. I requested proof of the debt and received paperwork that does not reflect any funds already taken. I am tired of the threats and disgusted by the corrupt and fraudulent actions by the agencies involved in addition to the US Department of Education and the IRS. In this case, XXXX, is not only harassing me they also admitted doing it under another company name of Action Financial Services , LLC. The debt amount can not be correct nor do I trust a " debt collection agency '' that does not answer their phones, does not set up payment plans and does not have an accurate amount. The education from XXXX XXXX University was never received. There is no completed degree. My Income Tax Refunds have been taken repeatedly yet I am still getting threats from several different agencies and for different amounts.

I have 3 problems. A lot of my debt for my student loan has gone into collections. My most recent problems first. I recently had a lot of debt taking off my credit report. Then I received a letter from a debt collector Ive been dealing with for over 10 years. The recently sent me a letter to resolve all issue with a one time payment of XXXX dollars for student loan debt. When I called them back I tried to enter my account number and it didnt work. Then I noticed they changed the date to make it look like I just started dealing with them so this debt will remain on my credit report for the next 10 years. I also noticed the account number they gave me didnt work when I called them XXXX {$58000.00} is the loan. Thats the first problem. I recall dealing with this financial institution since XXXX. Action financial services. I feel like some is committing fraud to try to keep my loan status on my credit report. Also my next problem is I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and em a XXXX graduate. The company got sewed for a million reason and there was I believe a class action law suit filled that gave people who went to the school student loan forgiveness. Ive asked this institution for as long as I can remember to help me out with this and they always said they could as soon as I put my loans into Forbearance. Last I remembered have full custody of XXXX XXXX XXXX children and having to sacrifice my whole career for them. Needing XXXX and constantly having to go to doctor appointments. I was told that this should eraced my loans or at least made a difference. Needing help and dont know where to turn.

I defaulted on two student loans. I made a payment agreement with one creditor for voluntary payments. Another creditor, Action Financial Services, was threatening to garnish my wages if I did not make an agreement with them. I tried several times to contact Action Financial Services, but the department I needed was never available. I tried to contact them on XX/XX/2018- Phone system was down. Tried to contact them on XX/XX/2018, XX/XX/2018, and XXXX department was not available. I did manage to talk to someone on XX/XX/2018 who stated that they needed proof of my husband 's income. At the advice of a lawyer, he advised not to give my husband 's income because it was not his debt and it was a debt before marriage. On XX/XX/2018, I fax them my financial documents and on XX/XX/2018 my wages were garnished. On XX/XX/2018, I received a phone call from the collector asking about my husband 's financial statements and wanted to come up with a payment agreement. I advised the caller that they were not going to get my husband 's financial information and they are already garnishing my wages, so I was not sure why they were still calling me for payment. I mentioned to the caller that wage garnishment has put my in a hardship and I was looking for a second job. The caller stated that it is federal loans and if I quit my job then they would track me down at my next employer. I was willing to work with them to get a payment plan, but they are difficult to get a hold of and even after garnishment they will still harass you for payment.

I have been contacting Action Financial services since XX/XX/2019 about my account. In XXXX I spoke with Mr. XXXX XXXX and on XX/XX/2019 & XX/XX/2019 I spoke with Mr . XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX lied and said we never spoke but he was the person I faxed my 1040 form to. He admitted that his company made an error and I was reimbursed for the money they took from XXXX to XXXX and Mr . XXXX XXXX sent a letter to my job to stop the garnishments. Mr . XXXX XXXX did not put me into the repay program and they are still garnishing money out of my paycheck every month ; {$600.00} a month! I have sent my 1040 form that his been signed since XX/XX/2019 @ XXXX and I also have several fax confirmations of what was sent. Mr . XXXX XXXX has lied repeatedly saying he never spoke to me and I have proof that we spoke and that he did in-fact send the information to my HR Department. I have also spoken to Mr. XXXX XXXX and he too ignored my 1040 and still did not put me in the program. ON XX/XX/2019 I was on a three way with XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. and I called Acton Financial services at XXXX and now the call goes straight to voicemail ; I spoke to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019 and Mr. XXXX XXXX who hung up on me when I told him I re faxed my 1040 for the 50 th time. I also told Mr. XXXX that I reported his company and he hung up on me! I have repeatedly sent the information that they need and yet the keep garnishing my money.

Between the years of XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX I was going to two different XXXX colleges at the time I was going it was XXXX college, my understanding the school I was going to shut down due it was a nation wide shut down. Recently I have called the department of education who informed me I needed to called my loan officer which is action Financial Services which I did and they informed me that my taxes wouldnt get taken because my information wasnt sent to collections, she was u able to pull my account up by my social, and she also reiterated that being that I dont have an account with the collection agency that my taxes wouldnt be taken. I also never received a letter 65 days prior to stating that they would take my tax refund as it states that it should do. On this past Friday I called to find out my taxes were taken the full amount when I called my loan officer she informed that the website updates daily so just cause I dont have an account one day dont mean I wont have one the next. Im not understanding how that exactly works and how is a person supposed to know that they taxes will get taken without calling everyday. I was told I have to fill out I formation like a hardship form and a few other forms. I was given wrong information or not the full information and due to the school closing down and I never graduated from them I am asking for a full refund of my tax return.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received my first and only notification from XXXX XXXX that unless I paid over {$4500.00} I would be in default on my student loan of {$34000.00}. I called four separate times and finally reached out to the Department of Education, Ombudsman Group, to dispute the lack of communication provided. I received notification a month later, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, stating that I had been in touch with the XXXX XXXX XXXX and the matter was closed with them. At no time, did I ever speak with XXXX for assistance. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received my first correspondence from Action Financial Services that I now owed {$43000.00} and an additional {$8500.00} was added for fees and costs. XXXX checks in the amounts of {$34000.00} and {$8800.00} were paid directly to the Department of Education for payment in full on these loans. These payment were received by The Department of Education and posted to my account on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Since the loan was in dispute and I had correspondence proving this, I should have been given 60 days from XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Also, since I paid the entire amount owed to the Department of Education, I thought this matter was closed but am now being asked to pay more money for a collection notice dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX and received XXXX XXXX, XXXX both of which occurred after the checks had already been cleared and received by the Department of Education.

First, I received a letter on Saturday XX/XX/2019 from Action Financial Services, LLC. (hereinafter "AFS"), I was then called by AFS on Tuesday, XX/XX/2019 at XXXX XXXX. by XXXX XXXX. First, she explained she was calling about a debt and was immediately asking for personal information i.e. SSN, DOB, and Address. I had to stop her a few times and ask who she was, where she worked and what she was calling about, because she was so pushy about my personal info. After verifying my info, as she spouted it off without asking. She explained that I owed a debt and that they would garnish my wages. I proceeded to verify the debt, in doing so, I explained that I am part of the Department of Education Student Loan Forgiveness payment plan and that these 3 loans should not be sent to collections. She continued to press that regardless, these 3 were being processed or "Serviced" by AFS and did not care to verify that this debt is in the forgiveness program. She then continued to tell me options available to me: Pay it off, Settle and then she hung up on me/phone dropped. I immediately called back from my work phone and cell phone and upon calling the number back, the line does not work, there is no answer.

Action Financial Services LLC continues is a collection company that has continuously kept this on my credit report. I left the school who used deceptive tactics to recruit and promise an education when in fact they were for-profit using unqualified teachers/professors per article from XX/XX/2007, " the New York State Education Department reported deficiencies at the XXXX XXXX New York campus. The problems related to faculty qualifications and remedial course offerings. New enrollment was limited and the Education Department stated it would close the college if improvements were not made. '' Improvements were not rectified. I am disputing the loan with the Board of Education and was advised the process takes time. The credit agency is threatening and is posting on my credit report when it should be removed after some years. They refuse to do so and are holding my credit report " hostage '' for payment threatening they will remove negative reporting only if I pay them. They are menacing and unethical practices are causing frustration, time, and unable to move forward. This has been harassment non-stop.

I keep getting phone calls from Action Financial Services. They never leave messages so I have no idea who they are. Now they are calling me at work and demanding my personal information even though they have not told me what it is about. Threating they will take my wages. I asked them to send me something in writing about what I owe because I have not had anything from them and the lady said, '' Well that is why you are talking to someone they will tell you what you owe. '' I said that doesn't seem right as anyone can call and say you owe money and that I want actual documentation because I thought my loans were all through XXXX so I have no idea who they people even are. She said, '' Well I'm not here to argue with you, so when can you be called and speak to someone about the debt. '' I again asked for actual documentation but finally hung-up when she would not help me and would not get off the phone even though I indicated I was at work. This was today XX/XX/19 and I am being told they will take % 15 of my wages but I am not getting any actual documentation or proof.

I have never received an education loan. This is not my account. According to my credit reports, an education/installment loan was opened on XX/XX/2011 for {$3500.00}. The original creditor 's name is not listed, and there are two different addresses listed for the contact info. On my XXXX credit report the address is XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. On my XXXX report the address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Neither of the addresses match the address listed on the official US Department of Education website, which is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the phone number that was listed on my XXXX report, and it forwarded me to a collection company called Action Financial Services , LLC. I do not know what company this is reporting this loan to the credit bureaus but it is not mine and it is inaccurate.

The call that broke my back is today XX/XX/2018at XXXX. They have called so many times using several different phone numbers to contact me. I would ask them who is calling. Several times, they refused to give me names or the company they represent. So, I would tell them to put me on the no call list and do not bother me again. However, they ignored the request and continued calling. I happened to be in my family lawyers office on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX XXXX. I gave the phone to my lawyer and asked him to inform them not to contact me. They stated that they removed me from there contact list. However, at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, they called again.

I am currently on a plan to get my student loans out of default. Originally I was told {$37.00} a month which I can afford. Now, Im being told I have to pay {$220.00} a month because I make a lot of money. I explained to the man, Im the only means of income coming into this house and I have a XXXX year old son and a baby on the way! I explained that I CAN NOT afford this and he said I need to at least pay this once before we can try to lower it. Action financial service is the name of the company. I read I have the option to pay less without being penalized but he said otherwise. Please help!

I called action financial services, they had outdated expenses for me. I moved to an apartment they did not accommodate the move and started garnishing my wages with no warning. One of my entire paychecks was going to rent every month. Now one paycheck is not even enough to pay my monthly rent. I called the department of education and they said there was nothing they could do except mail me financial hardship forms which will take 7-10 business days to arrive. On top of that a processing time of 30 days. I won't be able to afford my next months rent, utilities, and expenses.

Action Financial Services refuses to contact me in writing by email or post. Instead, they keep calling me and demanding different documentation. I have sent them everything I have at present. I would like to enter loan rehabilitation but they seem to be delaying the process. They will not provide me with any written information about what I owe and what documentation they require for me to begin the rehabilitation process.
