My mother got a call twice on XX/XX/XXXX and then today on XXXX XXXX from a XXXX XXXX at XXXX about a debt that I owe to a online payday loan that was generated back in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX my mother called me about such call and stated that this man keeps calling her house about a debt I owe and he is threating to take court papers out on me if I do not contact him. I called him from my home phone and his number did not allow blocked callers so I called him from my cell number. he indicated that I owe a debt to a online payday loan that I took out in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX that came to my XXXX account and I requested the true and accurate documents and he stated that I need to go online and research the work " false instrument '' and then for me to go to XXXX and then when I define the word and for me to call him Monday because he is not going to sit on the phone and argue with me about the debt and he hung up the phone.

I spoke to someone from a collection agency about a payday loan I collected in XXXX XXXX, 2011. I did n't have a payday loan during that time. But the people had my Social Security # and the XXXX in 2011.
I not sure what is happening, but I think I a part of a scam or misappropriate information. I think they are trying to file some kind of legal document to collect. I never received any paperwork in the mail, but they had my telephone number and said they were going to file a for my arrest. I did n't see anything on the bankruptcy about a payday loan.
The number to the place that called me is XXXX and its called country court and litigation.

I told them that the debt they are calling about is for my ex wife. They state they are looking for my ex wife. I let them know my exwifes new married name. She has never been at this number and we have been divorced for nearly 10 years. They tell me to go XXXX a XXXX and then try calling back a few weeks later. They claim they are with ACH.
