I returned call to Account Recovery Agency # XXXX ext XXXX and spoke to XXXX from agency. I advised him to cease and desist calls to my employer since they have left calls at my employment. XXXX got very abusive on the phone and also called me back and left a voicemail on my work phone stating he was going to sue me. I called back with my fianc on the line since she is aware of collections laws since she is a manger for a call center and couldn't believe what I was telling her. She called and told XXXX this was a violation of the CFPB to threaten someone over the phone and on voicemail. XXXX got very ugly and would not let my fianc speak. She was trying to get facts about the debt and XXXX was refusing to provide information. My fianc asked if this was an unsecured debt or secured debt and when was the charge off date and XXXX said your fianc is a debt beat that had plenty of time to pay and since he has refused, he is going to regret it and they are going to pursue legal action. My fianc was blown away with the way the collections agency was speaking to both of us. I am not denying about the debt but couldn't believe the way this collector was speaking to us.

I was contacted by XXXX XXXX, agent XXXX from Accounts Recovery on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
XXXX XXXX advised that he would be taking legal action against for me for a debt from XX/XX/2015 in the amount of {$1200.00}.
I asked for a copy of the loan agreement and details so that I could file a police report.
XXXX XXXX advised that he did not have this information.
I then requested that he not contact me further and ended the call. He called an additional 3 times in a 5 minute period.

I checked my credit report and there are 2 negative inquiries that are affecting my credit situation, it is showing medical debt collection, I first contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to ask about this because I have been paying my medical bills directly onto the website ; I have not seen this last amount, so they told me that the account went to the collection agency Accounts Recovery, phone XXXX.
I need this debt to be out of my credit report.
