Our family does not and has not had insurance since 2013. When we had our XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX things were tough. 1.5 years later our budget is tight but I am trying to repair our credit in order to buy a house. I spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I explained I was trying to set up a payment plan for the {$300.00} I owed for the pediatrician who saw my son upon devivery at the hostpial. Keep in mind we payed over $ 5k before leaving the hospital unbeknown that we would owe separately for the care provided. She said she needed the full {$300.00}. I told her I dont have that in my budget. She then preceded to tell me you are buying a house for {$280000.00}. Stunned I told her absolutely I am not buying a house and we have a mortage on our home which we bought five years ago for XXXX. She said well your house is appraised for XXXX. I told her we have been trying to sell the house and I am trying to repair our credit. She said well its not showing on your husbands credit so unless you give the full amount I have to report it on his as well. I told her I am trying to pay what I can and trying to make my debts right. She said Im not going to put a payment plan on a debt that is 1.5 years old, This is a attempt to collect a debt etc, is there anything else I can help you with. After being silent a moment I said so you have the ability to make a plan but your choosing not to. She said XXXX XXXX I am going to hang up. Then heated I told her so your making he desecion to choose another persons fate just like that, when Im offering you the little money I do have, your not going to take my money, I told her she is a terrible person and after that she said okay I am hanging up now. My husbands income has reduced since buying this home. He is on a salary of XXXX monthly. Our mortage is XXXX a month, electricity between 200-400 water, cellphones {$280.00} limited out credit card minimum payments weve been making for the past 3 years ( which shows on our credit ). My husband drives 100 miles a day plus tolls which is $ 680 monthly. We literally have between 600-700 left over for food, my gas, diapers, etc a month. I am trying to budget {$100.00} of that to spread out with our outstanding debts until we can sell this house pay our debts and have our credit in good enough shape to buy another home. I do not know XXXX last name but she is the only one who handles the debt collecting at the office she works for.

I went to the XXXX XXXX sometime in XXXX when I was diagnosed with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They gave me a monitor and did not tell me about a deductible that I had. Matter of fact they told me I only had to pay a copay of {$5.00} which I paid when I was seen. A few months later I get a bill in the mail from a collections agency ( with the wrong address on it ) about a debt that I had no idea of. When I received this letter I immediately called The XXXX XXXXr and paid the full debt, it was not settled. The XXXX XXXX never sent me any mail about this bill or attempted to contact me regarding said bill. The letter that they sent was to an incorrect address and I told them this multiple times. When I realized that I owed for this monitor I immediately paid the debt in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I have my billing statement as evidence ). The XXXX XXXX said they do not have any type of information that this bill was paid, yet in XXXX they finally updated it. The XXXX XXXX have that I paid this debt in XX/XX/XXXX which is incorrect and is negatively affecting my credit. When I told their billing department this she said I should have updated my address, I have been at my place of residence for the past XXXX years therefore my address shouldve been correct because it has never changed. The person at the billing department told me that she would call the collections agency to update this debt and ultimately have it removed. When I spoke to her on XX/XX/XXXX she said there was nothing she could do and she was very rude about the whole situation. The collections agency also told me that they will not update this incorrect information. I have attempted to dispute the information as well. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. When I called the collections agency XX/XX/XXXX he would not listen, he was very rude and kept repeating that it is bad debt. I tried to explain to him that I paid this debt in full to the XXXX XXXX when I finally received the bill. We got off the phone without a resolution. They continue to update this debt on my report as if it has not been paid. They also have that it was paid XX/XX/XXXX when it was paid to the XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX.

The Debt collection agency under the name ARC located in XXXX, Texas began calling me with regards to an outstanding debt of {$6200.00} on XX/XX/XXXX of 2021, after which we spoke on the phone XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. in one of our first interactions after trying to explain to the representative XXXX XXXX, whom was handling my collection, that I had already paid for the medical procedure which she was trying to bill me for I was voraciously accused of being a petty thief and a criminal and rather than retaliating I still agreed to pay the debt if in I could verify its legitimacy. After over 20 hours on the phone with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX I was able to get a representative from XXXX to verify that my claim had already been processed and paid for through them and any other debts in collection trying to be made would be considered fraud and were therefor unlawful. The representative offered to call ARC with me to explain the situation. I thought I was finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel here. However once we got on the phone with XXXX XXXX at ARC, not only was I still yelled at and accused of theft, but the representative was being shouted over and asked to speak to her supervisor. The representative at ARC refused to listen to anything we had to say despite myself taking the proper actions to provide proof that these charges against me were illegitimate. I provided proper documentation and brought along a representative but was still met with denial and insults.

I received a notice of collection from Accounts Receivable Consultants Inc. regarding a medical debit. On XX/XX/2019 I responded that I did not agree with the amount that I had made payments and they did response with the bill. I received a response about the amount due and responsibility of my husband. On XX/XX/2019 I sent a notice that I had made two payments directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX so that the amounts they were trying to collect I did not agree. Then instead of them trying to find one payment missing they just sent me the same bill but there is still one payment missing that I have been letting them know since I received the first collection letter. XXXX I sent them another letter telling them of the missing payment amount and date it was sent and cashed. But then I received a call from them today and the person that called was very rude and threatening to report me and my husband to the credit bureau. I was trying to explain to her the reason why I had not paid it and she would not let me speak and said he have already responded and if you do not pay today we are reporting you to the credit bureau. And just to mention that she did not say she was trying to collect a debit or call was being recorded as you are required by law. Since she would not let me speak and made me mad did tell her to go XXXX herself and I hung up. Then she turns around and calls my husband with the same threat and made my husband mad that he hung up on her. I think her name is XXXX XXXX.

I previously set up a payment arrangement with ARCI in order to address the bill that has been in collection with them since 2016. In 2016, I underwent XXXX to remove XXXX from my XXXX and had to pay my portion of the XXXX in order to schedule the XXXX. I have not been able to recover financially from that procedure. I am currently on XXXX and have been unable to work and receive a sustainable income. I called ARCI in hopes to push back my payment arrangement since I have a new procedure that I have to pay for. XXXX XXXX immediately got rude with me and refused to negotiate a new arrangement with me. She told me to wait to get the procedure and pay ARCI instead. I told her the procedure can not wait and if I wait, I could be dead and then they'll never get their money. I told her that I have every intention on paying them back, I just need to postpone the payment. She hung up on me before I could express to her that I'd have it paid by XXXX. When I called back to speak to a supervisor, I was told by the receptionist that XXXX XXXX IS the supervisor. XXXX XXXX was very unprofessional in her approach with me. I am not sure how anybody will pay someone who insults them and advises them to postpone a potentially life saving procedure just so ARCI can get their money.

XXXX XXXX ( from Accounts Receivable Consultants ) contacted me this morning asking for information on how to get in touch with my husband 's brother. When I asked what it was in reference to, he told me that it was a " personal matter '' and that he wanted to " extend an olive branch to my brother in law ''. The number he used to contact me is my cell phone and is on the do not call list. I explained that to him and he said that he would remove my name from his call list. So, why is there a call list for a personal matter? What is bothersome is that a ) he did not represent himself truthfully as a debt collector and b ) I have not authorized anyone to use my number as a reference for credit and have never cosigned a loan of any sort so I am not sure where he found my unlisted number. I feel his tactics were fraudulent at best. The number he called me from was XXXX. The call back number he gave me was XXXX. XXXX numbers are connected to Accounts Receivable Consultants located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX. The company website is www.accountsreceivableconsultants.com.

I have a medical debt ( that I do not dispute that I owe ). The current balance is {$150.00}. I have been making XXXX monthly payments and I continue to get repeated phone calls where they are leaving harassing voice mail messages. They called : XXXX XXXX XXXX My last monthly payment was {$25.00} on XXXX which was cashed by the company. I have always returned the phone call to a person who says their name is XXXX XXXX. Every time I speak to her she gets REAL NASTY and threatening me she is going to call my employer ( which is ignorant on her part since I do n't work ). And that even though I am making monthly payments " That is not good enough '' and " She is going to report me to the credit bureau and ruin my credit ''. I am making my monthly payments, returning their calls unlike most people that probably just avoid them and I am still getting harassed ( 3 times so far in XXXX month ).

This dentist appt was back in 2012 and I was under XXXX XXXX dental insurance. XXXX XXXX did not file the claim with XXXX XXXX as I was 100 % covered for any dental services. I have explained this to XXXX XXXX and ARC-This is a case of complete incompetency on XXXX XXXX part and even more so with ARC. We do not owe this debt-it belongs to XXXX XXXX and XXXX dental should go to them and collect the fees. No services were provided in any way other then to attempt to talk me into whitening my teeth. The receptionist at XXXX XXXX has stated that they have just sent 12 years worth of unpaid acct receivables to ARC and they are getting bombarded with calls about not owing the debt. ARC has been calling repeatedly both my wife and I. My wife was the primary insured and has no responsibility whatsoever and has no relationship to this debt.

I have an account with Accounts Receivable Consultants, Inc. that was paid in full in XX/XX/XXXX. The account shows a XXXX balance, but the status of the account is reporting as " open. '' I've spoken with an account representative ( the same account representative ) on 3 different occasions in regards to the account status. She confirms that the balance was satisfied, but she is not understanding my request to update the status to " closed '' if possible. I continue to reiterate that I'm not requesting to have account removed from my credit, as she thinks. Our last conversation on XX/XX/XXXX, she again told me that what I was asking for was not possible and released the line as I was explaining that the account still shows as open. It's clear that this company is not attempting to listen ans or assist in the matter.

I was contacted by Ms. XXXX XX/XX/2020 in refence to paying the account off. That's when I decided to contact this office.

Received a call from Accounts Recievable Consultants, representative XXXX XXXX ; was extremely rude, as I was being professional and cordial trying to make arrangments for payments. She began laughing and literally screaming at me. She did not provide any resources or options as to how I should go about paying or setteling my debt. Extremely unprofessional behavior, I have rights as a citizen not to be harassed, annoyed, alarmed, abused, tormented, or embarrassed as the claimant. She was very alarming, abusive, and embarassed me very much as I tried to negotiate a settlement to my debt.

I have attempted to contact this company and dispute this debt with the credit bureaus. This company will not provide me with a letter of validation that this debt belongs to me. I have asked for signed documents or the original documents for the debt. The credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX continue to say that the debt is verified but they will not send me the validation method being used. By law I am authorized to request a letter of validation with my signature or the debt has to be removed from my credit. I have not received anything from the company or the credit bureaus.
