I received flyer in mail I called about loan. The person told me they couldn't large but could do small loans which ended up being something like payday loan. when paying amount back I only paid interest and the person claims I owe them more than that so I refuse to pay back anything I didn't receive now the person is harassing my job that I listed on application.They are calling my manager and telling them they are responsible for my bill.
My manager stated this is how the phone went : The guy asked for XXXX and I told him that she wasn't working. He then proceeded to ask me ( XXXX ) if I was in human resources for XXXX XXXX. I said no. He then asked if I authorized this ... I wasn't sure what he was talking about. So I told him that I didnt know what he was talking about. He also asked why my name was on it, authoriting it. I told him that I didnt know, but my name needed to be taken off. He then said that this wasn't going to go away ... insinuating that someone was going to have to pay. After that he asked for a manager, so I sent him to our store manager who got tired of arguing with him so he hung up on him. He called back the next day ( sunday ) and asked for XXXX. I said that she wasn't there and hung up on him.
