I obtained a copy of my credit report in XX/XX/2017 and noticed that Account Services , Inc. was reporting a collection account. I submitted a dispute letter to the credit bureaus regarding the account and they stated it was verified. To that end, I communicated in writing to Account Services, Inc. in XX/XX/2017. I requested that they provide me copies of any documents proving my indebtness. See attached documentation they sent in XX/XX/2017 -- -120 days later. This is wholly unacceptable and further the documentation they sent reflects that the patient was not me. The patient 's date of birth is listed as XX/XX/17, which is not my date of birth. The address listed is the Virgin Islands, for which I do not reside. This inaccurate entry on my report is illegally reporting and does not belong to me. REMOVE THIS ENTRY IMMEDIATELY AS ACCOUNT SERVICES IS VIOLATING MY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

On XX/XX/2022 I have received 4 calls from this number within a XXXX minute time frame. This is a daily occurrence. I do owe a bill and plan on paying it within the next month as I just got a promotion and will be able to do so but the calls back to back sometimes within XXXX minutes apart are Ridiculous.
