I joined XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2013. On my contract it states that I can cancel within 30 days. ( I have a copy of this contract ) On XX/XX/2013 I sent a written request for cancellation thru Certified Mail. ( i have a copy of this receipt ) On XX/XX/2013 I received a letter from Account Recovery Services telling me that they have reported this debt to the credit bureau. On XX/XX/2013 I sent a written request to with a copy of my contract and the letter canceling the contract to Account Recovery Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX. ( I have a copy of this letter and I copy of the certified mail receipt ). I have written at least a dozen letters to both XXXX XXXX XXXX and to the Account Recovery Services Inc and they refuse to take this inaccurate information off of my credit report. This information has been on my report for over 4 years and I want it off now. This negative remark on my report has cost me hundreds in high interest charges. I have a debt for services received from XXXX XXXX here in XXXX. Debt amount is {$2000.00}. I had been going back and forth with the hospital and my insurance company and why more was not covered. The hospital insured me my account would not be sent to collection while we figured out the problem. I checked my Credit report the other day and I have an outstanding debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX for the amount above. It shows the account was opened XXXX XXXX, 2017. I have not been contacted by this debt collector phone or mail to tell me this was turned over to them. This has drastically hurt my credit score and am very upset I was not notified by either party, Hospital or debt collection agency. I do not have any Documentation from either the Hospital since the dispute with insurance began or from the Collection Agency at all.
