I have outstanding medical insurance under my husband 's policy through XXXX, I have no copay, and my XXXX pays for any coinsurance that may be outstanding. With that being said, I owe no debts to anyone, I made certain of this by visiting the billing department at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in person prior to my XXXX and making certain that any old debts were paid. I did this because my employer offered no XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX leave and would essentially have to let me go once it was time for me to XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2017. One would understand how I then find it difficult to comprehend why I have an outstanding bill for XXXX XXXX XXXX. Firstly, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, my middle name has never been " XXXX '' ... that is a candy bar. Secondly, if this debt was valid and they processed it correctly through XXXX, they should have been paid in full right? Well, to my surprise, I have received a bill from a collection agency for {$300.00} that is apparently owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have several problems with this recent turn of events, first, I repeatedly asked the representative at XXXX XXXX if the bills proposed to me were complete when I paid them, and she confirmed that they were, I do not have another {$300.00} to give to anyone as I am XXXX. Second, I do not take lightly my private and proprietary data being sold to third-party organizations that I have no contractual obligation to. Who are they to share the very same information that they are supposed to protect under HIPAA law? Third, I made XXXX XXXX well aware of my financial hardship, and they have made no attempt to adhere to the Healthcare Financial Assistance Law ( HFAL ). I have been offered no assistance nor have I been given an opportunity to negotiate my outstanding debt.

1st called me on my cell, made arrangements to make a payment 1st payment was made XX/XX/XXXX, which bounce back but also made two pay arrangements XX/XX/XXXX which this ladies has my bank information and theirs funds in, but they never took it out which I do n't understand but the this hole time they been calling me, my job server all times, I 've asked them to stop calling my job, since I work in retail and a cashier, taking care of customers I put this lady on hold and somthing happen, then my boss is asking who keeps calling, so that I got into trouble n I 've been repeatly told her that I 'm busy I ca n't take personal calls or I 'm going to get fired. She kept saying yelling at me and going on, and on, and on why I ca n't handle it right now or she kept asking when to call back. She ask why I do n't pick up or call back? And when I do call back their number does n't even work. So I do n't understand that on their end. I work both jobs, a mother, and I have a sick mother in the hospital, plus I do n't carry my phone all the time. I have to take care of my customer first. But kept asking personal question to why I do n't answer. If they have my info and bank account to take the money I do n't understand why this lady keeps calling about. Just take their money

Several years ago I had a credit card which my fiance ' ( at the time ) used without my permission. I had tried several times to make arrangements with the original credit card company for payments that I could afford which were declined so I let the debt go so to speak -- Now a different company ( who purchased the debt ) has been calling my employer -- I contacted them and asked them NOT to but they continue. I also requested that they send me a copy of the debt ( because the amount they say I owe is NOT the same as the amount I was told before ). I also asked for payment arrangements in writing and the rep ( XXXX XXXX ) told me NO WAY -- they will NOT send anything in writing and that I would need to provide them with my checking account information for direct withdrawals. I am now filing a complaint because of the fact that they will not stop calling my employer and that they refuse to provide me any information in writing.

On XXXX XXXX, 2015 at XXXX I had a miss call from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the number back at XXXX and discovered it was a collection agency. The collection agent did identify who she was and confirmed the number I was calling for and asked if I was a XXXX. I informed her that I did not know a XXXX. The collection agent then asked me to hold while she checked something else and asked if I was who I was and she confirmed my date of birth. I informed her that I was and she informed me that she was call to collect a debt for XXXX XXXX Bank. I informed the caller that I did not owe the debt and they were attempted to fraudulently collect a debt and not to call me again and I was going to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

On XXXX XXXX, 2016, at XXXX I was called from XXXX XXXX, the company name is Account Outsourcing Group. I was sick that day and was very annoyed that they did not call between XXXX and XXXX as directed by 15 United States Code Section 1692c. When I communicated that it was against the law to call my phone that early, the caller stated that it was XXXX where she was calling from and I stated that I was in California and it is XXXX here. Therefore, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she put XXXX XXXX on the phone and I communicated the information to her, then she got extremely rude, said they have no record of my number, and hung up. I have a record on my phone what date and time I received the call.

This XXXX calls my work and cell leaving me message and telling me that there is a case filed against and they need my HR department for garnishment of my paychecks she would not tell from who and when asked to send me the info through mail she got upset. I also told she is harassing me at work
