I just saw another debt collection on my account from Grimm collections. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the date assigned is XX/XX/XXXX the classification is a medical health care. It all started on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I lost my luggage containing my passport, my XXXX documents, and my social security card. The police officer that took care of my case is XXXX XXXX and the case number is XXXX. Few months after that, until now, I have been receiving at least once a month either mails, or phone calls from debts collectors trying to retrieve debt that I do not have knowledge about. I successfully disputed at least 8 debt collection in the past months. from XXXX XXXX ( even though I wasn't a customer ) to XXXX or medical institutions where I have not been. In XX/XX/XXXX I have not been to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, and I think that If I had been there, before sending my account to collection, they would have sent me a mail at my address trying to retrieve the payment. I am up to date in all my payments and my credit report shows no debt and 100 % in payment history since the opening of my account. Added to that, I am already wearing glasses that I got prescribed from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also use free resources at XXXX XXXX XXXX that offers free medical consultations to enrolled XXXX also, because. I have two medical insurances. The first one is XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that I use when I am in the US and the second one is XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that cover 100 % of my medical bill anywhere in the world where it is accepted expect in the US where I use XXXX. I do not have knowledge of this account and I do not recall being at this place. If anyone has been there claiming to be me, they are using stolen information because I leave in XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and when I look up XXXX XXXX XXXX all the locations are in XXXX. I will attach to this complaint my XXXX ID card, my two medical insurances cards and a copy of a medical bill that was due yesterday on XX/XX/XXXX, that I just paid showing my insurance deductible that is locked at {$20.00} for any visit and {$100.00} for major treatments and surgeries. I do not know how I can end up owing {$230.00}. I am not responsible for any of this account and the debt collections agencies should double check their information before sending them. I have a credit freeze and a credit fraud alert in my account because of that. My credit score went from XXXX to XXXX and it's been going up and down every month. whenever I dispute an item and they fail to remove it and I contact attorney general office for more investigations and they end up removing it, another collection is added, and it's been like that for more than a year. If this is an old collection account, I want to notify that all the previous medical collections have been disputed and successfully removed, I also sent a letter asking that the debt collection agency mentions that if the debt was to be sold. Thank you.

My husband and I entered a contract with the property management company called " The XXXX '' ( incorporated as XXXX ) located in XXXX, WA that concluded on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Per the terms of our contract, the XXXX XXXX had 14 days after the leased property was returned to them to refund our deposit and present a statement of any charges withheld or due at that point. This can be confirmed by Section XXXX of our lease agreement ( 'Non-refundable fee and security deposit ' ) : " An accounting and refund of the Security Deposit or invoice for additional charges, if applicable shall be made within fourteen ( 14 ) days after the Tenant has vacated the premises. '' The XXXX XXXX did provide a partial refund of our security deposit, as well as an invoice for {$100.00} withheld on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, within the dates set by the terms of our agreement. At that point, we had every reason to believe our business with them was finished. However, on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX -- 24 days after the end of our lease term and when the property had been surrendered back to them -- we received an invoice for a previously unmentioned charge for 'janitorial services ' for {$220.00} that contained no other explanation. Knowing this charge violated the terms of our contract ( as well as Washington State Law XXXX XXXX : " Within fourteen days after the termination of the rental agreement and vacation of the premises, ... the landlord shall give a full and specific statement of the basis for retaining any of the deposit together with the payment of any refund due the tenant under the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. " ), we did not send an official dispute via registered mail until XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, after the XXXX XXXX threatened to refer it to collections as a means of negatively impacting our credit rating for nonpayment. Since they are fully aware we have no responsibility to pay this debt, their threats denote a clear attempt at extortion. Thus we sent all our supporting documentation with our dispute notice, as well as a request that both the charges be dropped immediately and to not be contacted by the XXXX XXXX or their agents again. These requests were not honored though, and now we have received a collections notice dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from " Grimm Collections '' in XXXX, WA for a {$220.00} charge that the XXXX XXXX was never legally allowed to make in the first place. The only reason we have ever been given as to why no attempt to even inform us of a need for cleaning services until 24 days after the premises was vacated was because they 'overlooked ' it. This admits to negligence on their part, that when coupled with the tardiness of their claim, negates any legal right they may have otherwise had to charge such a fee regardless of whether it was valid from the start.

I am writing to formally address and dispute the collection account being reported by Grimm Collections, purportedly stemming from an alleged contractual arrangement with XXXX XXXX. I want to clarify that I have no contractual affiliation or relationship with Grimm Collections, and thus, I do not recognize any supposed contract they claim to have with me. My foremost concern pertains to the lack of documented consent or authorization granted to Grimm Collections regarding any association with XXXX XXXX. I have not provided any such consent, nor is there any evidence to support Grimm Collections ' claims to the contrary. Furthermore, Grimm Collections lacks the authority to engage in any actions or transactions regarding XXXX XXXX without the explicit consent of the only real party of interest or surety involved. I demand evidence to substantiate any claims of authority that would justify their involvement without proper authorization, which, as of now, remains conspicuously absent. Regarding any signature referenced by Grimm Collections, it is imperative to note that any signature they possess can not be considered valid if it was obtained under questionable circumstances. Therefore, any purported signature attributed to XXXX XXXX, held by Grimm Collections or XXXX XXXX, is hereby rescinded and invalidated. Due to concerns about potential harm and the infringement of the rights of myself and of the surety, I formally declare the discharge of any obligations toward Grimm Collections due to their communication with me without prior consent from the surety. I also demand the prevention of any trespass against the rights pertaining to the subject matter in question, especially as they pertain to beneficial title holders in private. It is crucial to emphasize that neither Grimm Collections nor XXXX XXXX have been granted permission or consent to furnish any information to credit reporting agencies, especially in the absence of my explicit written consent, which remains absent and unverified. Furthermore, I hereby revoke any and all forms of consentverbal, non-verbal, written, or otherwisegranted to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, Grimm Collections, or XXXX XXXX. Additionally, any security interests purportedly granted to XXXX XXXX or Grimm Collections are hereby rescinded, revoked, and rendered null and void ab initio. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into these matters and the immediate cessation of any further communication or reporting by Grimm Collections and XXXX XXXX until these issues are satisfactorily resolved.

1. I received communication from a random and unknown caller asking for the name of my person while I was enjoying time with my family. This call was an inconvenience as I had to step away from intimate time with them. 2. When I asked who was calling and from what business or agency, the person calling gave me some acronym that I did not recognize and proceeded to ask for my name. Once I gave them my name, they said that they were attempting to collect a debt from me. I asked who it was again and they stated that they were " Grimm '' collections trying to collect on some medical or dental account. 3. I then asked how did they acquire my name, number, or any information whatsoever without my permission or consent to which they proceeded to probe about some alleged XXXX XXXX XXXX debt and asked " how I would like to pay ''. 4. I do not see any connection between myself and this company. I do not recognize Grimm Collection as anyone I've personally done business with nor do I owe them any sort of legal obligation. 5. I have reasons to believe HIPAA laws may have been violated by Grimm 's collections and whomever may have given them some sort of private XXXX transaction history or information because I never delivered that to them personally. 6. I know that collection agencies buy debts at pennies on a dollar and then trick or misrepresent or manipulate regular people into pulling their hard earned money out to pay their agency which they have no relationship, connection, contract, agreement, or arrangement. 7. The aforementioned is an example of abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices utilized by debt collectors such as Grimm collections. 8. Grimm Collections and the Consumer Reporting Agencies do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. 9. Any and all consent to Grimm Collection, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX etc. whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or otherwise is revoked. 10. Grimm Collections abusive actions directly affect interstate commerce and do not promote any sort of protection.

In 2012 I had a child. 6 months after I received a bill from the provider but it was substantially higher than I expected, and I was told it was because my insurance did not cover the additional tests required. I talked to my insurance company. The tests were XXXX tests and XXXX done weekly because I was " XXXX '' aka over XXXX. The insurance said that they had not put the XXXX on the bill and to work with them to have it resubmitted. The office manager verbally told me she was working on that and I no longer recieved any bills. Then I recieved a notice it was being sent to collections. I called and it was a new office manager and I reexplained and she was going to look into it, but apparently just turned it over for collections. Grimm Collections has contacted me several times for payment and I have told them this every time all the while trying to get the provider to rebill insurance, but since they sold the debt to the collection company the office manager said it was no longer their debt. I was served with papers that they were going to take legal action. I asked the process server what the next steps were because at this point the medical provider has closed their office. I was told that I would be contacted with a court date. The paperwork only gave options for payment, so I waited. Now I am getting demanding calls XXXX and three times a day demanding full payment, and that they are not going to stop calling and saying that the court date has already passed and I missed my opportunity to say my piece.

bought a vehicle and told them i was on a fixed income and had XXXX for down payment. when i arrived the passed me on to another sales person who told me he was working with me now. They told me i was turned down for a vehicle then a day later told me to bring my XXXX and pick up the truck. they said i need insurance but i told them i did not have any more money. so they gave me papers to sign saying for a promise to pay insurance i would let them take the money out for insurance from my debit card. the loan company finalized my loan then i was on my way. a day later my transmission was going out so i called them and they say the car was as is and there was nothing they could do. so 40days go by and they said to come pick up your license plates, but when i got there they started to harass me and say hey you owe XXXX then we will give you the plates. i said no and after a hour of an argument they gave me my plates. then when i started to monitor my credit i saw Grimm collection agency on my report. i explained to them what was going on and i did not owe this debt nor had been contacted about it. i was told they had sent the info to the wrong address. i gave her my address and she still sent it to a wrong address. i ask her to remove this from my credit report because it was a fraudulent debt. i contacted the car dealership and was not willing to work this out and to contact the collections agency. so i do n't know what to do because this is a fraudulent debt from a dealership with questionable practices.

In XX/XX/XXXX I hired XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX to mow my lawn twice a week for the summer for a total of XXXX per month. I received a bill in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX which I paid. Then in XX/XX/XXXX I received a bill for XXXX and I called the company and told them that I had agreed to twice a month for a total of XXXX and they were charging me for mowing my lawn three weeks in a row which I did not approve. Then another bill in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX for the same weekly mowing 's that I did not request. I paid for the biweekly mowing 's but disputed the additional mowing 's. The company then turned my account over to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX did not initially notify me of the debt but instead sent a letter to my ex-husband and put the negative information on his credit report. He filed a dispute because he knew nothing about hiring XXXX XXXX XXXX. Once XXXX XXXX realized their mistake they reported the negative information to my credit report. The initial balance was XXXX and they keep raising it, now my credit report shows an outstanding balance of XXXX. I have talked to XXXX XXXX several times initially telling them it was not my debt because I never agreed to weekly mowing 's, only biweekly mowing 's but they said I still owed since the company did the work. I did not sign the contract and it was a verbal biweekly agreement that wasn't honored by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I would like the debt removed and for XXXX XXXX for remove all their information from all three of my credit reports.

GRIMM COLLECTIONS. I have a balance or {$800.00} on my credit report from a debt unknown. When speaking to female agent at GRIMM collections she was very unprofessional and rude. She would not explain what the debt was beyond " a XXXX bill '' I had asked her to provide me with a signed invoice stating I had any knowledge of a vet bill and she is unable to do so. I do not know why I am being charged from a veterinary office because I have not had any services done to my pets at Summit. I need help investigating as the lady working at GRIMM COLLECTIONS has hung up on me and treated me very poorly when I try to talk to her about this. She laughs at my frustration and mocks me when I have tried to explain that I do not know anything about this balance and she refuses to help me investigate it and has told me " I will not look into it and this debt will not be removed ''
