I was 6 days late on a {$60.00} payment due to scheduling errors with automatic draft. This automatically put me in a 15 % interest rate terms. The remedy my lateness, I made extra payments and set the auto draft date earlier. I was not told that I would start accruing 15 % interest after this payment. I have found documentation stating that a {$10.00} fee would be levied, but not finance charges ( attacehd below ). The company nor I can find any document saying that they told me that this would happen. I have since paid for this loan so as to not accrue interest while procedings continue. I would like to be reimbursed for this money they stole plus interest and late payment fees that would accrue according to their own contracts.
