I originally got a loan for {$300.00} and the payment plans was the following : Payment Schedule : 1 {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX 2 {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX 3 {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX 4 {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX 5 {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX 6 {$100.00} XX/XX/XXXX Then I had a medical emergency and I contacted them and we agreed on a new pay back loan structure below, yet they keep claiming I owe them more money. The loan keeps increasing even when they gave me the new payment plan below. They claim on now owe them {$860.00}. My loan never goes down, it just keeps getting higher and I can't afford to keep paying this. I am on XXXX and I only get {$1200.00} a month. I will never have this loan paid off. How can they give me a loan payment plan and then lie about it. I should only have two payments left, but I will be dead before this is ever paid off at the rate they are going. I should only have 2 payments left if you go by their last communication with me. Dear XXXX, Your payment plan is detailed below. Please ensure funds are available for payment to process according to the due dates you requested. Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00} Payment Date : XX/XX/XXXX Payment Amount : {$50.00}

XXXX, a representative of Pocket Fund, contacted XXXX women from XXXX, stating he was calling them as I had listed them as references. XXXX disclosed the company name as well as went as far as stating he was affiliated with a loan company and the reasoning for the call was because they had not been able to reach me in regards to my delinquent account. At the time of obtaining this online payday loan, the only required provided information was my employer information, as well as residential, & banking account information. The XXXX women whom were contacted, I have no affiliation with. They live in XXXX, as I am in XXXX. XXXX of the women that were called, contacted my via Social Media to go as far as asking me why I took out a loan that I am not paying and listing her and her sister as references when we do not know each other. I had to apologize to this young lady for inconvenience, but I can assure you, it is rather embarrassing to have your private financial obligation to be discussed with a complete stranger. Mind you, my account is 18 days delinquent! When I contact XXXX he stated he did nothing wrong. To my knowledge, I thought the creditor was not to disclose even the company name, but rather inform the reference, or whomever if not the customer or consumer, that they are simply calling in regards to a personal business matter and are not authorized to release any other information BUT THAT! Still, XXXX insisted he did nothing wrong and asked how I wanted to pay my account today. He proceeded to tell me that if I did not pay that would lead to wage garnishment and I needed to take care of my past due balance.

An employee named " XXXX '' began contacting me while I was at work. I asked him many times to not contact me there because I could lose my job, due to the thirty calls he had made the previous day to my employer. He advised me that my work was a XXXX number and he has the right to continue to call over and over and over until he gets payment. This has carried on over the past three weeks and it has went way past them trying to collect a debt. XXXX calls and trys to trick other employees, acting as if he is a customer trying to place a take-out order, and requests that I, XXXX XXXX help him. As soon as I get on the phone, XXXX begins his harassing tone. I have advised him that he can call my personal cell in order to discuss the account NOT my place of employment. He is calling other workers and lying to them, saying that he just spoke to me etc. which in fact, he had not. He tells everyone whom answers the phone that they are liars when they inform him that I am not there. They hang up and he just calls right back over and over. He has been informed many times that this was a work number and I might lose my job. I also sent them a Cease all communications form ( I am working with a debt consolidator called XXXX ). The emailed response that I received stated because XXXX works for " XXXX '' and he is not an outside party, he can call me anywhere at anytime to collect this debt. I have lost my job due to " excessive personal phone calls ''.

I took out a loan with XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I made a payment of {$180.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. I can not afford {$180.00} every 2 weeks for 8 months. I stopped payment on my checking account. My desire was for the company to send me a letter and we could work out a payment plan. I have learned to not make agreements via phone calls as there is no written record. I started receiving emails and phone calls to my cell phone and my work phone. I told the caller that I could not receive calls at work. She kept calling. I replied to an email stating not to contact me by phone or by email. I requested contact by mail only. This was on XX/XX/XXXX. I am continuing to get emails and phone calls. I have kept these voicemails on my phone. Now the messages are threatening me with wage garnishment and legal action. To date I not received anything in the mail. They have listed this as a charge off on my credit report. I have disputed the balance. I borrowed {$1000.00} and the balance shows over {$2500.00} due in less than 5 months. I want this corrected. I also want them to stop calling me and emailing me.

Last year in XX/XX/XXXX someone went to a XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX SC and opened up a personal loan in my name and was paying on the loan until XX/XX/XXXX. The individual stopped making payments and I was notified to make the payment through XXXX XXXX credit monitoring service. I contacted the store and spoke with the XXXX. I was told they couldn't give me any information over the phone I would have to come to the store in XXXX SC. I drove to the store and spoke with the manager XXXX XXXX. She asked for my driver 's license and social security card. After taking my information she made a copy of the documents and still didn't give me any information. I left the store and went to the police department and filed a report under number : Case # XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX Department in XXXX SC. As of today the issue has still not resolved. I am asking for a copy of the loan agreement that this store claimed I sign and to have this store remove my name from their database as I have been a victim of identity theft.

I've been battling with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, regarding inaccuracies pertaining to my credit report. They claim they can not remove or correct my report since they sold the account before bankruptcy discharge. However, when speaking to the entity XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that the account was sold to I was told since they are not the company reporting the account that it is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX responsibility to fix the errors or delete the account. Furthermore after XXXX XXXX XXXX made reply to previous complaint they sent me an email stating they would provide me with copy of original contract which contradicts their response to the previous complaint stating they can't fix the credit report because they don't have any information. XXXX XXXX XXXX is blatantly violating my consumer rights, making fraudulent statements that contradict each other and violating the FCRA by refusing to delete the account within 45 days of originally disputing their reporting errors.

This company called using my name and threatened to see me or my son in court. I laughed them off and said go right ahead - thinking, " this is a scam ''. I looked up the number and found it to be a real company so, I called them back to complain about the threatening tactics being used. I spoke with the same individual as the first call. He informed me, " it 's a good thing you called back '' - again implying that he was going to get me. When the company representative gave me the full name of the individual he was looking for it was established I was not that person and the person he was looking for had put my number down as a secondary contact number ( not sure I believe that ). These people threatened me without any knowledge I was the person they were looking for and given their business I fear what might happen to my good name and credit rating.

I took out a loan with Pocketfund. I could not pay them back. I submitted a complaint to your organization for help because they put a collection on my credit report for nearly three times the amount I borrowed, which was {$1000.00}. I was able to settle with them for {$1000.00} and they removed the collection. Problem is I have now paid {$2000.00} to them. They have access to my bank account. I have tried emailing and calling for over 2 months. I can not get an email response. They do send a thank you for your payment email every 2 weeks. When you call it hangs up on you before you can leave a message. I need help!!! I know I can do a stop payment with my bank however from past experience with them, they will turn around a do a RCC ( Remote created check ). I do have proof from my bank statements that I have paid this much.

I applied online this morning for a {$2500.00} installment loan. Even before I could hit the eSign button I had received a notice of loan rejected. This was of course after I provided banking account information, routing number etc.. I feel like this service and many others out there are just collection bank accounts for future use at their discretion. I feel this way as I was denied prior to even signing the documents before I was denied. When I called, they couldn't answer any of my questions and just directed me to an email I received from them filled with pre-populated rhetoric. Atleast if youre going to be a vulture company, atleast provide the 185.00 % mark up loans you advertise. I was willing to pay XXXX on XXXX and was still denied for reasons very unclear

I placed a stop payment on my loan with this company and notified them to stop taking ACH payments from my account. They then began taking {$100.00} from my account on each payday. I have notified them numerous times to stop taking these payments and they still continue to take this from my account. I am paid on the XXXX and last working day of each month and each month they take {$100.00} from my account via eCheck. The check numbers are random numbers that I did not authorize. I have tried multiple times to get them to stop taking money from my account. I am now filing chapter XXXX bankruptcy and I have notified them of this and they still continue to take the {$100.00} each paycheck.

They continue to call me on my cell phone and at work. Yesterday they called my work 20 times and keep harassing the receptionist and refuse to talk to HR when she tries to forward them there. The man 's name is XXXX and I told him to only call me on my cell phone as I can not receive calls at work and have already been talked to by my employer about the phone harassment they have been receiving. He yells at me with vulgar language and threatens that he will have the judge garnish my entire paycheck.

I have been getting constant calls at my place of employment by this company which had resulted in disciplinary action from my boss. They continue to call my workplace after my boss asked them repeatedly to stop. They have threatened my boss and coworkers with legal action if they did not relay messages to me about a debt.
