I received a voicemail on my work phone from a XXXX XXXX stating she was from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX calling to collect a debt and that there was a "legal document" that was going to be delivered to my place of work and home requiring a signature, if I didn't contact them. I returned the call on my cell phone and told her expressly to take my work phone number out of their contact database because they were not authorized to contact that number. I told her that I had settled the debt with the creditor that she was supposedly representing. She claimed she was going to send an email with some reference to the matter and review it with me over the phone. She hung up and I didn't receive an email until the next day. The next day she again called my work phone and left a voicemail. I called back on my cell phone and again instructed her that the number she was calling was not my personal number and she was not to call it. I told her I was formally disputing the debt, as per the instructions in the letter attached to her email (which said that if they didn't receive a response in 30 days, they would consider the debt valid). I told her I was going to mail the letter. She asked me to fax it. I faxed it and received a confirmation that it was delivered. She called my work number again the next day and left a voicemail. I called her back again from my cell phone and told her to stop calling my work number. She threatened that this "legal letter" was going to be delivered to my place of work. I told her (per the letter I was sent) I was disputing the validity of the debt and I had sent the fax as she requested. She claimed the fax wasn't received, even though I had received the confirmation. She started accusations that I was stalling and didn't want to pay what was owed and that I needed to send her some proof that I had paid the debt or she was going to send this letter. I told her it was up to her to investigate my dispute. I told her I would resend the fax. After I hung up, another individual called my work phone AGAIN, and left a message saying he was her supervisor and that they didn't receive the fax I sent the day before. I didn't call back. I resent the fax and received another confirmation. This debt was settled with the creditor over a year ago. I checked my online account and all paperwork with the creditor. My work number was never associated with this account (she lied and said it was and that is how they got the number). This company is just harassing me and calling my work phone and threatening to send documents to my job to intimidate me. They are trying to collect money from me that has already been settled over a year later.

I was approved for a pay day loan of {$500.00} from Acceptance Solutions Group on XXXX XXXX, 2016. As part of my agreement with the company, I was required to pay {$140.00} every other Friday ( my pay day ) until the total loan amount + interest was paid off. I set payments up to be drafted from my checking account initially. When I started struggling to cover all of my bills and noticed over draft fees were being charged I called Acceptance Solutions Group and asked that they remove my bank information from my account- I told the customer service representative that I would like to start making my payments over the phone manually. I was informed by that same representative that my banking and card information was removed from my account and I should n't expect any more auto drafts to take place. The very next Friday ( pay day ) I noticed that a payment was made with my card information ( not a bank draft, but they still used the card information that I had asked them to remove just a week prior ). I called Acceptance Solutions Group again and asked the representative to make sure that both my banking AND card information was taken off the account to prevent me from incurring any overdraft fees with my bank. The representative then got very frustrated that I asked this of him and transferred me to his manager. The manager got on the line and, in a very condescending and rude tone, told me that he would not remove my card information and informed me that they do not allow payments to be made over the phone or online manually because, " This is an online company so everything is done online. '' I was confused and frustrated at this point so I told the customer service manager that I would simply take matters into my own hands and turn my debit card off to prevent any future drafts from being made- despite what I had already asked the company to do for me TWICE. Acceptance Solutions Group has now called my cell phone and WORK phone and left personal information about my account on both my personal and WORK voicemails ( which are not private ). This is a violation under The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) that expressly regulates calls to third parties in section 15 U.S.C. 1692b ( 3 ), stating that a debt collector shall " not communicate with any such person more than once unless requested to do so by such person or unless the debt collector reasonably believes that the earlier response of such person is erroneous or incomplete and that such person now has correct or complete location information. ''

I received a very threatening voicemail from XXXX XXXX agency stating they were " On there way to XXXX ( Former employer ) and would then be coming to my house to make me sign legal documents. I returned the call to gather information on what this was about or even if it was legitimate. The call was anwsered by a very casual sounding man named " Mr. XXXX '' who I gave my name and the case number to that was left on the voicemail. He then without telling me transferred me to a kind guy named " XXXX '' who I also gave my information too and informed me it was about a debt for {$170.00} from a company named " Acceptance Solutions Group '' for a short term loan from early 2017! I informed I wasn't familiar with this company or loan and then he stated he needed to put me on hold to see if he can " Stop the courier ''. I took this as an obvious scare tactic even though this guy seemed kind. I then was transferred to another person named " XXXX '' who's title was " Director of Operations ''. He informed me that this was a debt that I only had two options for ... Either pay {$170.00} now or I will go to court and will be " forced to pay $ XXXX {$1000.00} for legal and attornys fees, He is just trying to help me out and give me one last chance ''. Again, I am not familiar with this debt or company. He read me my DL Number and email as what I can only assume was an attempt to make me feel this was valid. He then stated the original loan was for {$100.00} and the total pay back was {$170.00} from XX/XX/2017. He stated I made 8 Payments of {$27.00} ( Which totals {$210.00} ) but that I still owed {$170.00}. This did not make sense so I questioned further and asked why I have not received anything on my credit report from them and he informed me it's not on credit reports but it is still lowering my score. He said he understands my confusion with the math but the bottom line is that I have to pay {$170.00} now or I will have to pay up to {$1000.00} in court. I stated he can proceed with the legal paperwork and that was the end of the call. The tactics used by this company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) on behalf of Acceptance Solutions Group I feel are extremely aggressive and threatening. Stating they are on there way to my employer ( No longer work at ) and that they will have my boss OR HR manager sign the paperwork if I'm not available and then come to my house is uncalled for and wrong not even taking into account the math issues explained.

I called and spoke to XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016 about a payment that was due on the XXXX of XXXX. I noticed they had not taken said payment and there for took it on the XXXX of XXXX One payment was said to be taken out on the XXXX and the other on the XXXX of XXXX they both have cleared my account but only one is showing. Today is XXXX/XXXX/2016 and I see that two payments have come out for {$200.00} which was not talked about even though they state they did if I had of known this I would not have agreed to it because I know that I would have not been able to handle those payments. Now they have had three payments for the month of XXXX but they are not showing on my account when I look online. I see talking to them I am talking in circles and they are not making sense on this matter. Also I ca n't understand why or how they can go in my account on off set days to pay back my loan but ca n't go in on the due date. Then when they mess up I have to pay for it. My pay day loan should be done being paid for on XXXX/XXXX/2016 XXXX stated today that it has been extended until another month XXXX/XXXX/2016. But how can that be if my account is current and caught up. They have received XXXX payments for {$200.00}. But my account is pushed back an extra month. And again this is not showing with my online account. I took out the loan I did but I do not like being taken advantage of. The fact that I am getting different answers from different people or being put on hold while they figure out how they messed up. Makes me so frustrated. Both charges I received an over draft fee. I also stated this to them on the XXXX. No one I mean no one said that I was going to be charged and extra XXXX before the end of the month was out so I have to over draft fees of {$34.00} for each. I really need help understanding what is going on and why they are able to do this. I even looked over my contract and no where does it state that they can do this.

I had to do a stop payment on the first installment loan due to no money in my account. The second time the company withdrew money from my account they charged it to my debit card. I did not know or discuss with them my debit card would be used. They said this was in the contract I signed. At this time I stated I did not authorize them to withdraw funds from my account in the future. They argued with me and barely let me get a word in. I told them I would pay via check or money order, they told me this was not an allowed form of payment I stated I would get a prepaid credit card because I do not like charges to my debit card without my prior approval. They stated in order to say they are not authorized to withdraw funds from my account I had to send them a notice in writing before my next due date. I stated that I would be sure that was taken care of but my bank had told me I could verbally do it also. The " supervisor '' I spoke to told me by my next due date I needed to have a letter to them stating this and a card number for how I was going to make future payments. Not even 30 minutes later I went to my bank to withdraw money and it stated I had insufficient funds, when I pulled up my online banking information I realized they had withdrew the entire amount left on my loan after I had verbally told them I did not authorize withdraw to my account and they had stated I had until my next due date to give them notice in writing and give them other payment arrangements. Due to the fact it is a VISA debit my bank states they can not decline the charge. If I file fraud through my bank it will take 6-10 days to determine and my account will keep going further in the hole with overdraft charges or returned check charges.

I was contacted by a XXXX XXXX XXXX at JJ legal processing via phone and left me a voicemail, stating if I do not contact them him immediately that this will be my final opportunity to resolve my issue, he proceeded to say that I have XXXX counts of financial fraud that is equivalent to check fraud, never in my life have I been accused of this, then he proceeded to call my place of employment and told them that he was an officer of some sort and I need to contact them immediately, left a number of XXXX and file number. I call the number ends up being a representative of the website mentioned above also goes by Texa s Acceptance, LLC an d he proceeded to say that he look up my records and shows that I have never be in trouble for the financial fraud, I proceeded to say I know XXXX XXXX I have your badge number because you stated that you were an officer and he then said would you like me to call the XXXX county court house, I said yes please, because I would like to know what 's going on. He proceeds, we wait on the line, no one answers, he hangs up, so Then he disclosed who is representing and that if I intend to pay, I was like due to my financial situation, I can not at the moment, then he stated something about my bank account and I stated that I closed it. Then that upset him and I told him I am going to contact a lawyer because I know my FDCPA rights and that is illegal to say he is an officer of some type at the beginning and threaten me and wrongful accuse me. I contacted a lawyer office and I was told next time they call for me to tell them I am reporting them to the FBI for impersonating an officer and against the law to keep harassing me

Despite being set up to make payments through direct payroll, the lender continues to withdraw from my checking account. On XXXX/XXXX/15 after daily NUMEROUS threatening calls, and voicemails I was connected to XXXX the manager who was able to resolve the double payment issue and credit my checking account within 1 hour. On XXXX/XXXX/15 the lender was paid through payroll and again withdrew from my account. Throughout the month of XXXX I was told the payment was not received through payroll but for a specific dollar amount this could all stop/go away. On XXXX/XXXX/15 the amount was {$180.00} to make it all go away. I said this was not a viable solution and that I had been assured by XXXX she would personally oversee my account. Also on XX/XX/XXXX I was told by XXXX that XXXX was not in the office but if I did not want to settle for {$180.00} ( this is in addition to the XXXX x XXXX paid on XX/XX/XXXX from payroll and withdrawal from checking ) he would have her assistant reverse the bank withdrawal. As of today I am still missing funds. Throughout this ordeal I have been lied to - XXXX claiming to be XXXX a supervisor on a subsequent call. XXXX to whom I spoke with on Sat. XX/XX/XXXX - she said she could not help. then on XXXX XXXX I was told I would be transferred to XXXX 's assistant and that she could reverse the withdrawal from my account. I was transferred to XXXX - she immediately dropped my call. I am not sure what the scam is but I have been harassed, lied to and insulted.

On XX/XX/2016 Ohio Acceptance LLC ( XXXX ) on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX attempted to debit my checking account in the amount of {$260.00} as a final payment to the loan and this amount is incorrect and my payday is on the XXXX and XXXX of each month as myself and the bank can not figure out why Ohio Acceptance was trying to pull money off of ( XXXX ) debit cards at the same time. In addition to I have made 6 payments out of the 9 scheduled and should only have a remaining balance of XXXX according to the payment schedule. I called Ohio Acceptance LLC today and the gentlemen that I was transferred to was rude and when I asked why after 6 payments did I still owe more than what I borrowed he answered '' lady did n't you read your contract ''. I proceeded to tell him that this amount was not right and they need to fix but he kept insisting that I read my contract which enraged me so I hung up. I went to the back and the bank has put a restriction on my account until this issue can be resolved. Ohio acceptance LLC has no means for a borrower to see an itemized detail of the charges and payments that would justify the remaining balance of {$260.00}. And why are they in my account on XX/XX/XXXX when I am paid on XX/XX/XXXX?

I called into Ohio Acceptance 2 days before my payment was do to withdraw from my account to set up an arrangement to make the payment on a later date. The amount of {$160.00} was due on XX/XX/XXXX, I wanted to post phone the payment until XX/XX/XXXX. My next payment was set to come out of my account automatically on my next pay day which is XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$160.00}. The person on the phone, her name is XXXX, told me on a recorded line that she agreed to allow me to make that arrangement. She told me to call in on XX/XX/XXXX to make the payment over the phone for {$160.00} to avoid having a double payment of {$320.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX. She agreed to all of this. Well, today I look at my checking account and not only did Ohio Acceptance withdraw the {$160.00} that I needed to pay on XX/XX/XXXX, but they withdrew an extra payment, so in total {$320.00}. I did not agree to this, XXXX said nothing of the sort on the phone with me. My checking account is ruined and now I am short on rent. Please help me with this, I do not know where else to turn for help.

I responded to an email approval for a payday loan through Acceptance Solutions Group and was approved for {$600.00}. I received a response for a loan associate named XXXX for how much I wanted and I agreed to {$300.00}. XXXX then asked for my address, email, banking information, and debit card number. I sent the requested information back and was told I should receive the funds that day or the next. I did not receive the funds and first XXXX stated the underwriters did not approve at that time but did after I was sent the forms and electronically signed them already. After a week XXXX finally told me they sent the money to an old XXXX account the pulled from previous data instead of the information I sent her and she requested in an email. XXXX never sent the money back and was credited to the old account. Now I assume they want to charge me for their mistake. I never completed an updated application, I have not had that XXXX account in over 6mths, and I still have not received any money ye they are still trying to charge me. I can not get XXXX on the phone now.

No one wants to have to borrow money, but sometimes we have to. also when we borrow money we plan on paying it back, but other life trials and tribulations come up. With that being said I took a loan out with this company back in XX/XX/XXXX . Wh ich was my first loan of XXXX paid that back. Then life hit me hard and I had to take out another of XXXX .Well m oving ahead sad to say my son passed away and that same day this loan company called me asking for there money saying I need to borrow it from someone being very rude. even after telling the woman what had went on. not once did she say sorry for my lost. Beware!!! Someone in the company will steal your account information and use your card! I have never given my account information over the phone to anyone. This is my first time ever! They asked me for XXXX different checking account routing and account numbers. Then they asked me for my debit card number, expiration, and code on back. Then they asked for my online payroll information ( name and password ) to set up payroll deductions for me. I thought it was strange that they asked for my debit card info as well as XXXX different checking accounts. I received the loan and exactly a week later, my card had been used in XXXX! I am in XXXX! I contacted the company and no one has returned my calls or emails. I blocked my debit card and changed my password to my payroll account. I also cancelled their payroll deduction in effort to get someone to call me. When you call them it goes directly to voicemail system no matter what time of day.

I called and they stated that they are processing a refund but it will take XXXX business days. meanwhile I have bills hitting that will not be paid put my account into further overdraft. The due date was XXXX XXXX, 2016. They received the payroll payment on XXXX XXXX and then drafted my checking account on XXXX XXXX, 2016. The first rep said it was my fault be HR should have put my name on the direct deposit payment ( Her name is XXXX ) ... The second rep stated that the only way the payment should have been drafted from my checking account is if my payroll deposit did n't come or was late and that since it was n't due until the XXXX, there should never have been a withdrawal from my account.

XX/XX/XXXX of this year I took out a loan with this company. Things feel apart after, They began to take money out of my account on a random basis and multiple times a week, I had to contact my bank, file a fraud report with them. I filed a BBB compliant as well. I had to change my debit cards and my checking account information. This company took money from me ranging in amounts of XXXX to XXXX per week. I have correspondence from all of this including the BBB incident number XXXX. So over the weekend I get a letter they have turned me over to collections for this huge amount. I am beyond upset, I do n't owe these people money, they took advantage of me, and now to have them attempting to collect this is horrible. I had vehicle problems and needed some quick cash so I took out a loan of {$550.00} from Ohio Acceptance. It was all done over the internet and quickly. They set a {$100.00} payment to come out of my checking. So far i have paid them over {$1000.00} back and they still say i owe them $ 600+. This is completely ridiculous and they are preying on consumers with poor credit. I do n't even think it is legal to charge 700 % interest and I definitely did n't know this was the case. Every week now a few times ( six times last week ) they try to deduct my account which i have told them is empty and I keep getting overdraft after overdraft. When I contacted them about it they pretty much laughed and said there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile i am in financial ruins and ca n't even pay my bills over this nonsense.

In XXXX, I needed additional cash, so I applied online at XXXX or ASG. Everything was fine initially with the installment loan. I received an offer to obtain another loan so I took advantage of it. That is when the nightmare began. they began taking out double payments from my account. I had to end up closing the account. There is a person there named XXXX who is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, they have taken money out of my account so many times now its unreal. Threatened with lawyers, screamed at, repeated calls as late XXXX est. yelling and singing loudly in my ear by rep XXXX. Told I dont want to pay my bill. Hung up on when trying to discuss debt. I had officially revoked my ACH hold. Spoke with my bank ( XXXX ) and the company ( Acceptance Solutions Group ). As they were overcharging me. It took me filing a complaint with the XXXX for them to finally acknowledge the ACH revoke request. After several months my account has started to be charged again. They polulated a check with my account information and just typed in my signature. I have spoken to an attorney and they were NOT to be taking money out of my account. IThis is fraud. I want the payment they took out replaced and I want them to close my account as paid in full as they were supposed to do months ago.

I called to arrange a payment for the XXXX of the month. I was not late and even paid extra. The loan was taken out immediately overdrawing my account. When I called the company said the payment was taken by mistake and a refund was in order. First they claimed there was a problem with their refund department. Then they said it would take 48-72 hours for the money be refunded despite my band verifing they had covered the amount. I have been having some financial problems and because I have asked to stop all payment withdrawal from what is now my husbands account and Texas Acceptance still continues do it, accumulating over draft fees, I need to dispute it. I have tried to keep in contact, although I realized that I have broken promises to pay, my intention 's is to pay this debt off. But at this time Texas Acceptance is no longer working with me and although I have asked them not withdraw from the original bank account given they still continue to do so.

I have more than one issue regarding this company. I changed my account information and the company decided to remove payment from the previous account after I told them not to. The lender charged my account for the wrong amount and on the wrong day. The lender also did not credit a payment they withdrew. The company is insincere and hard to work with. I have spoken with XXXX ext. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, as well as the manager XXXX. I have sent emails to rectify the debt and they have not returned any. They continue to withdraw money.

This company took money out of my account mulptile times without permission. When I inquired about taking care of the amount due in full, I wanted to pay with cashiers check or money order I was told that there was no address to send it to and I was to let them take the amount out of my checking I do n't wish to do that since they ripped me off before. Now they are calli ng four or five times every 3 min, calling my daughter leaving nasty messages, if they want to provide me with an address I will pay the account.

Had gotten aprrove for another loan on Saturday.. representative never called me back to finish the process.. went on line and it said I was approved but never received it. Call today to see what was going on and I was on hol d 20 m ins and more the 3 times I called. When I call back th e 4th tim e the lady knew who I was before I even said hello..At this time I 'm frustrated due to the improper customer service I ask her anyway I could cancel it and she rudely said we will have someone handle it and hung up

I took out a installment loan with the understanding that I would pay it back early to avoid the ridiculous interest payments which in total would be 3 times the amount borrowed. I tried contacting the company on several occasions but was unable to reach someone. one person who calls himself a supervisor spoke with me and I was told I could not pay loan off early. This company is a total ripoff and there is no way I would have taken the loan with the intention o repaying 3 times the amount borrowed.

I owe Ohio Acceptance Solutions Group money from a payday loan that I received from them. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to make my payments at this time and have been willing to set up an arrangement with them. I have emailed them at least 15 times asking them to stop calling me at work because it puts my job in jeopardy. They continue to call and hang up. They are calling from XXXX. I feel am being over charged. I had made payment arrangements to the lender. I refinance your loan at higher interest rates than the original request. In efforts to payoff the loan. I keep receiving emails that I am behind. but every two weeks a payment has been drafted from my account. After I make payment I get a collection letter stating no payment was made. Calling this agency the representives are rude, they hang up or curse at you.

I reached out to company but they are no longer the original company i had contract with. I couldnt make payment due to no work for from a XXXX XXXX and had XXXX i was out for 2 months and finally got back on track back to work but the account had be moved or sold to different company.
