In XX/XX/XXXX, I retrieved my credit report and noted that Accelerated Receivables MG ( reflected as XXXX XXXX on credit reports ) had inserted 4 derogatory accounts on my credit report. This company never sent any correspondence to me that would have informed me of any alleged debt they were attempting to collect. Further, by not receiving any correspondence from them, did not allow me to dispute the validity of their claim. to that end, I submitted a dispute to XXXX XXXX ( although the company was truly Accelerated Receivables ), the address reflected was to Accelerated Receivables. This too is a violation. If they are attempting to collect on a debt, then their name should have been listed and not the alleged original creditor. Accelerated Receivables never responded. So I then sent a copy of the certified letter with return receipt to XXXX to verify that the company did not respond to my dispute letter and the entries should be deleted. The entries were deleted from XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I again retrieved a copy of my report an found that Accelerated Receivables had reported these same 4 derogatory accounts, that do not belong to me, on my XXXX report. I disputed with XXXX but to no avail. XXXX responded well after 30 days only to state the accounts were verified. I submitted a response to their findings by inquiring as to how they were able to get a response from Accelerated and my efforts were not successful as the company just blatantly disregarded my dispute. I then escalated this dispute to the CFPB against XXXX and at XXXX ( as it appeared on my credit report ). It took XXXX over 60 days to respond to the CFPB only to state that they would send a letter with the results from the investigation to me. Again, I received the same letter whereby XXXX stated the accounts were mine.
I then sent Accelerated Receivables another letter ( second attempt ) dated XX/XX/XXXX whereby I once again requested that they provide validation of these entries belonging to me. This letter was sent certified with a return receipt and to date, I have not received any correspondence from this company. Additionally, I requested that they provide a copy of the financial responsibility page for the accounts they are alleging I owe. Again, to no avail. This company is outright violating and continuing to violate my rights by reporting these inaccurate entries. These account entries DO NOT BELONG TO ME AND SHOULD BE DELETED FROM MY REPORT IMMEDIATELY! BOTH XXXX & ACCELERATED RECEIVABLES ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW!!!

On XX/XX/2018, I was contacted via telephone by XXXX XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX. She indicated I had a debt in her office and the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX. I advised her I didn't know who they were. I had seen them on my credit report before. She advised me that even though the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX, the debt from XXXX XXXX was from XXXX XXXX XXXX. She said she had the contract with my signatures on them and would email them to me that same day which she did. I then advised her, there is another collection agency reporting on my credit report for this same original creditor ( XXXX XXXX ). She, XXXX, said there shouldn't be another agency looking to collect for this same debt. I told her I would review the materials she sent and act accordingly, end of that conversation. The collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has listed themselves on my credit report as collections for the amount of {$2000.00}. Now the issue I have is Accelerated Receivables is also listed on my credit report in the amount of {$930.00} and the original creditor is also XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have carefully reviewed both contracts that each collection agency has sent and it appears they have taken the contract and split it in two. Both contracts are signed the same day and in section 4 of one of the contracts, the payment amounts are the same. It also has the words written XXXX XXXX by the security consultant. One contract is for 33 months but the other says 36 months. Both contracts from each collection agency has my signature and date however the signature/date for the sales consultant is different on each contract. Under the FDCPA, two collection agencies can not collect for the SAME debt.
I decided to cancel my contract as I didn't even own the house I was living in at the time and only contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX as the house I was living in was broken into 1 week after I moved in. After learning from the owners of the house they would not be responsible for the security system, I canceled the contract. I didn't make 1 payment. The company continued monitoring even with no payment made.
I have attached a front copy of both contracts sent to me for your review. There appears to be abusive, unfair, and deceptive practices by both parties involved which is a violation of the FDCPA. When I asked for validation of debt, Accelerated Receivables only sent the top copy ( 1 page ) of the contract while XXXX XXXX XXXX sent the remaining pages of the contract.

They first contacted me with a letter dated XXXX stating that I owed money from a XXXX ( which never sent me a bill because they went out of business and instead just handed its debt to you Accelerated Receivables Management Inc. ). I contacted and worked with someone with the last name XXXX of sending my EOB ( via fax ) and having them review it. I was told on XXXX that my account was closed and I owed you all nothing.
But some how I got a harassing call on XXXX ( even though they now deny they would talk to me like that ) from some man telling me that I still owed you and that it was n't finished due to my fault. After I explained that I had done all this already, I was told that I never finished it ( stating that the EOB said that it need medical records and I never followed up ) even though the XXXX person told me otherwise ( which the manager said that that person must not have known what they were doing ). I could not continue to deal with this man that was incredibly rude so I asked for a manager and was directed to XXXX XXXX. So I sent the same exact EOB that was sent in XXXX to XXXX XXXX on XXXX the same day. I called back talking to XXXX XXXX on XXXX to see if my EOB had been reviewed. I was informed that it had and that my balance was XXXX and my account would be closed. Feeling deja vu I asked for an email to be sent to me and a letter mailed to me stating that this was all taken care and that you would no longer bother me, she collected my information and told me she could do that. I waited an hour for the email, which never showed, when I called back and talked to XXXX XXXX who rudely told me that you do n't send emails. I requested to speak to a manager ( again XXXX XXXX ) who then told me that they do n't send confirmations that accounts are closed because you do n't have a letterhead for it and that my EOB was my proof I did n't owe anything ( again it was the same exact EOB that was sent in XXXX that I sent again in XXXX, but was n't good enough the first time ). All I have asked them for is some written confirmation that my account is closed with them but they just refuse to give me anything. I have emailed higher ups but no one will respond to me.

I have a contract with safe touch. My records confirm the 3year contract with the company. The bill was forwarded to the collection agency XXXX. I spoke with a rep regarding the balance and advised her of the disputing information. She advise me otherwards and outright told me to pay the debt. I advised her that I needed validation of this debt. she went on and finaly hung up in my face. I then called back and asked to speak with a manager. A woman named XXXX XXXX falsley represented her self as a manager and placed male on the line that failed to confirm that he was a member of management. The call was then transferred over to XXXX XXXX whom automatically came off unprofessional. XXXX XXXX hung up the phone in my face after saying lets take this to court when trying to speak to him about the issue. In 8 attempts in calling back for help in obtaining the validation of debt they continued to hang up in my face. A rep finally picked up the phone and then transferred me to XXXX XXXX again and XXXX XXXX continued to prevent me from speaking to resolve the problem. After two other times in call and him hanging up in my face, he then stayed on the line only silent enough to give him the dates of my contract. XXXX XXXX then placed me on hold to finally pull up the contract confirming the dates. He then went on to tell me the last date in XXXX of 2016 I was past due. I attempted to advise him that the account was always paid ahead prior to the last payment that took the account out to either XXXX or XXXX without needing another payment. However continued to accuse me and of other things in which was untrue to the point where I couldnt take anymore. This company as well as XXXX has shown no signs of resolving this dispute. If the account was showing accurately arrangements would have been made, since this has been erroneously reported out to the credit agencies for my other creditors to see in which it will impact my annual review.

I contacted his collection company about a debt they said I owed. They never contacted me, I was updated my credit information and got an alert that a collection was added to my credit report. I immediately disputed that claim via on line. I then received a letter in the mail a few weeks later from the collection agency. I sent a certified letter to their company for them to validate this claim on XX/XX/XXXX. Today I received a letter from some attorneys office, with a letter attached with information they are claiming is mine and from me. It has a address that Ive never lived at, a phone # that is not mine and a email that was hatched years ago and is no longer in use. I called this company and the lady who answer, answered like it was her personal phone and not and attorneys office. She did not tell me who she was, or who she worked for. Only when I said I received a letter from some lawyers office is when she asked me my name and address. I then explain to her this is not my debt, Ive never enrolled in a training class online. She did says well I got the information from them and its you and we can settled with a payment. I said this is a identity theft and Im reporting your company. She then says, it was a XXXX dollar payment paid at enrollment but was declined. I explain to her why would I sign up for a online school, that requires XXXX dollars and it get declined. I said I had fraud alrert put on my social security number as well as my bank account and bank cards, that email and address is on the black list and my information was sold. I explain I will have my lawyer deal with this because Ive had this same company try to get money years ago doing the same thing. That was also proven to be fraud. She then say get your lawyer and we will deal with them too.

My name is XXXX XXXX, I signed a contract for One Year with XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. As I didn't know far how long my stay would be here at this rental home. I paid XXXX on regular basis without any fail, on XX/XX/XXXX ( After 18 months ) I called XXXX to discontinue my services as no longer required. I did clear my XX/XX/XXXX bill for {$34.00}. This transaction was confirmed by billing dept from XXXX. Now XXXX illicitly passed my information to collection agencies even after discontinuation of service and paid final bill amount.
Accelerated Receivable Management Inc, PH : XXXX is approaching to collect a 'cancelled ' services bill. In mid-XXXX, I called XXXX billing and informed them about collection company whereas services were cancelled back in XX/XX/XXXX. They promised to make adjustments at their end. But collection company never stopped calling and still sending written notices and calls on daily basis. Now they have started to threaten, harassing and use abusive language over the phone and voice messages.
Accelerated Receivable Management Inc, MUST NOT use abusive language or use harassing words over the phone even when they were advised about cancelled services. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( billing ) has no right to bill and approach collection company for a cancelled service. Now theyre claiming my contract was for FIVE years, ( totally weird, false and malefied statement ) Who can sign a contract once you even do NOT have a lease for over a year? Their claim is totally false and baseless so must be asked to quit. They have spoiled my credit for endorsing a false and baseless claim.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX now operating as XXXX XXXX XXXX has hired a company called Accelerate Receivable Management , Inc to collect what they claim is a debt of {$2900.00}. This is for a single cholesterol panel ordered by my family physician in 2014. This lab had ZERO contracts with insurance providers and was therefore out of network for all patients. Therefore, in order to get business with physicians they entered into an agreement that they would accept the insurance company 's out of network payment and not hold patients responsible for any remaining balance. I signed paperwork that assured this also XXXX. Therefore, the charge is completely fraudulent. In addition, when I got a hold of my insurance company I was told that they did not pay the claim because XXXX did not submit the claim properly and the insurance company denied the claim and asked for additional information that was never provided XXXX separate times. Now the claim is past the 15 month term and XXXX or Accelerated Receivables Management, Inc will not be able to submit the claim anymore, period. Accelerated Receivables Management, Inc is now asking me to provide an explanation of benefits that my insurance company can no longer provide me and attempting to charge me for whatever portion of the bill was not paid by my insurance company. This is outrageous and XXXX these companies should be investigated for fraud.

I had XXXX at my doctors office in 2014 and they used a lab that was out of network with my insurance. I was told by my healthcare provider that this company has more comprehensive testing and has agreed to not bill for denied test and deductibles because I am using a out-of-network lab. My insurance posted all of the charges to my {$1500.00} deductible. Now 2 years later I am receiving invoices and calls from a collector for {$1300.00}. The lab company apparently filed for bankruptcy and a collector has bought all their account receivables. My doctor has called them on my behalf and explained that the only reason they used this lab is because of their stated billing policy. If my bloodwork had been sent to my network lab they would have paid and the deductible would not have applied. They are extremely rude and tell me that my doctor and I broke the law by even having this type of agreement and that they are going to report us to the proper authorities. They threaten to report me to the credit bureau 's.
The bottom line is this collections company is trying to collect a debt that I am not responsible for and they will say and do just about anything to get it. The bankrupt lab is currently being sued by the lab that purchased all its assets because of these very collections practices that they are using.

I am a XXXX year old widow of a military veteran in XXXX, FL. A company called Accelerated Receivables Management, XXXX XXXX XXXX, http : //www.cuttingedgecollections.com/ has been calling and leaving threatening messages on my answering machine. They want the attorney for my deceased husband, XXXX XXXX, to contact them. When my daughter called them from her place of business to find out the reason for their call, they told her that XXXX XXXX XXXX is suing my deceased husband, XXXX XXXX for an unpaid debt in XX/XX/XXXX. She tried to explain that my husband died XX/XX/XXXX and we do not use XXXX XXXX XXXX - they must have the wrong information. The agent for Accelerated Receivables Management, XXXX XXXX, threatened my daughter by telling her he was going to serve her papers at her place of work and take her to court. My daughter reported them to the XXXX, State Attorney 's office and sent an e-mail asking for a Validation Notice because we do n't even know how much they are trying to collect. Is n't there something wrong with harassing me and my daughter for a debt we do not owe - especially with nothing in writing from them regarding the amount, date of service, etc.? They should be stopped from exerting such high pressure tactics to try and scare me and my daughter into paying a debt we never heard of.

A Mr. XXXX from a debt collection company supposedly in XXXX, FL, called and left a message. I called the number ( XXXX ) and tried to leave a message in either his mailbox or the general one, and was denied twice. The direct number, which I also called ( XXXX ), corresponds to a twice-differently-named agency than that from which he said he was calling on the phone : XXXX XXXX XXXX I then emailed two of the email addresses on the ( faux? ) companys contact age. Both came back immediately as dead-letter boxes with all the hops and whatnot. I can provide those emails if the authorities wish.
Given all those attempts, I think this is a scam and Ill have to try to block all the domains in the business bounceback e-mail trace.
Thank you.
Addendum : this was not an option in the last pages of the complaint dialog. I am not a veteran, but I am XXXX. Could they have identified me somehow, like the rash of these companies picking on the elderly a few years ago?

We have near-perfect credit almost allways in the 800 range. While trying to buy a new home, a credit mark showed up from a XXXX XXXX Lab service done way back on XX/XX/2014. The company is now out of business due to fraudulent billing practices but a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX ( phone is XXXX XXXX XXXX ) placed the mark on my credit report without first contacting me. Their head of this account also verbally threatened me with a lawsuit if I did not pay in full immediately, which I take very seriously. I was also told that I could resolve the issue by sending them the Explanation of Benefits documents ( from my insurance, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I did. They did not respond and the bad mark on my credit remains in place. I simply refuse to be extorted like this and companies that make these kinds of threats by inaccurately placing bad credit marks on your history need to be held accountable.

XXXX was convicted in court for insurance fraud and went bankrupt.
Article : XXXX XXXX XXXX I was called and told to pay an unverified debt with no documentation available. Caller said my credit was affected. I was never notified. Caller had wrong contact information for me which is why I never received notice. I verified my credit WAS actually affected as delinquent. All for a couple hundred dollars. How can this be legal? Possible fraudulent collection practices for Washington State. I attempted to call a few times and was met with arrogant, belligerent and threatening attitude and was hung up on repeatedly. These people need to be reigned in.

Company ACCELERATED RECEIVABLES started calling several times a day at both my work, my home and my cell number. Many times when attempting to call back would be greeted with a this number has been disconnected message. When I finally got ahold of the company they were stand offish and it was an argument to get them to admit who they were and what they wanted. They refused to confirm the debt. Per the law I asked for them to confirm the debt in writing, which they have never done. Now they have listed a substantial credit line report on my credit report without permission. And still have not verified the debt.
