I applied for payday loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX, agreement has XXXX credit with finance charge of XXXX total of payments {$210.00}, with equal weekly electronic payments of {$12.00} to start on XX/XX/XXXX and final payment of XXXX on XX/XX/2018. However only 8 payments were withdrawn and then stopped and resumed on XX/XX/2018. There was an additional interest charge of {$47.00} added not related to NSF or late fees. On XX/XX/2018 when I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX office and they stated that I failed to make payments and they sent email related on non payment. I did not however receive any emails, phone calls, or letters related to this matter. They also said no payments for 35 days, offered no explanation and declined to give a refund, stating that it was my fault for not making scheduled payment. Clearly the issue was on there side but they failed to take fault. I even spoke to my bank representative and was no attempt from XXXX XXXX XXXX for payments between XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018. Loan company did not abide by terms of contract with scheduled electronic payments
