I received a phone call from XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX ( employee ID XXXX ) from ACC and advised me that if I don't pay this payday loan I will be served with a summons today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) or tomorrow ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I asked him for information on this loan. He stated it was applied for online on XX/XX/XXXX and 3 payments of {$100.00} were made. I advised him that I did not take out this loan and never made payments on it. I told him all of the information used to get this loan was not accurate at the time. He advised the last payment was on XX/XX/XXXX and then he said it was on XX/XX/XXXX. He even gave me the references that they used, one was my father and the other was XXXX XXXX which I advised him I have no clue who she is. I let him know that the statute of limitations has expired in CA so they can't sue me but regardless this is not my debt and never received any collection notices. I asked that he send me validation of the debt but he said that would have to be requested with the records department and they most likely wouldn't do it since they're about to sue me. He said if I pay the balance due today I can avoid getting sued. He said he would talk to his office manager and get back to me to see what we can do. I told him this is not my debt and I needed to see some paperwork and he said I would see it today when I get sued.

keep receiving numerous calls daily from XXXX Absolute Collection Corp or they use different numbers to call. They have called people that I have never used as a reference ( my ex-husband which we have been divorce for 17 years ), my ex-mother in-law, my job, my siblings and even my XXXX kids. They leave threatening message about having me arrested and that someone is coming to the house at a certain time and I better be there. they told my ex-husband they had repo my ca r ( not true ). My family is worried and I am concern they will give them money thinking they are helping me. I have told these people before to leave my family alone, but they do n't. I receive calls 7 days a week and they are now contacting me at work. I called the police and an officer came and tried calling the number and they hang up. They have no right to disclose my personal information and call people I have no contact with or provided the information to them.

I received a second call today from a XXXX, claiming to work for Absolute Collections, a debt collection agency located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ( information I got from their website ), and claiming to represent XXXX, a pay day-type lender located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL XXXX ( also website ).
XXXX called on my cell personal cell, looking to collect on a loan supposedly made by XXXX to my wife, the repayment of which, after several delinquency charges, totaled several thousand dollars. My wife has never borrowed cash money ( other than as co-signer on our home mortgages ), and has never heard of XXXX.
Neither my wife or I have ever received any money from XXXX, nor any written correspondence from XXXX or Absolute Collections. I dispute any claims they make.

ACC and XXXX XXXX debt collectors call multiple times a week regarding a time barred credit card debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They called my stepchildren and left a voice mail regarding debt on my stepdaughter 's cell phone. I stated clearly by phone and text message ( they send texts too ) that the debt is time barred and advised them to stop calling. They continue to call. They threaten legal action on every call. Once collector last week called me names and threatened to sue me for everything I own. They have been calling for several years claiming to be an attorney and threatening to sue. They have never sent any documentation of a debt to me ever.

I received a letter from XXXX collection agency stating that I owe them money. I sent them a letter to only contact me via mail and not to call me or my employer. Since I confirmed delivery of the letter I received 1 call a day and my employer is also receiving 1 call per day. I would like this to stop and for them to follow the law.
