I need help, I do not know what could I do.
This is XXXX XXXX, I had a phone consultation with ABC first inc. regarding business loan. The use XXXX word show they are loan bank on website. The contract was changed from business loan to home equity loan on the day I signed the paperwork. First loan is {$50000.00} with 2 years term 3.5 % Monthly interest rate, second one is {$50000.00} with 3.5 % Monthly interest rate for 1 years term. Total $ XXXXThe interest is $ XXXX monthly, the over due payment is {$75.00} per day. I paid off {$200000.00} as total including principal and interest. This year I checked my credit report while I was trying to get refinance on my personal property. The report shows that I financed {$550000.00} open {$75000.00} from abc company, which is a false statement since I already paid off my loan. I am concerning this balance will affect my property and credit. I would like to file a complaint report against abc company regarding their Illegal operation. Please start an investigation on abc company. I would like to get my paid interest and fine back.
