I discovered a collections account had been added to my credit score under a previous legal name ; I disputed with the credit reporting agencies, and several times with the debt collection agency directly, asking to be put in touch with someone who handles fraud - yet they maintain that the debt is accurate and provide no information on how I might send documents to challenge the claim. After months of dealing with the accounts impact to my credit score I finally received a page of information detailing how the account was opened. The information provided to open the account can be determined as fraudulent within seconds because the number generation system that is used for Illinois drivers licenses could not have produced the ID number provided given my name and date of birth. I continue to ask where I can send copies of my actual license to verify this discrepancy and I am given fax numbers that are not operational and no clear answers on who specifically I need to contact to dispute this obvious issue of fraud that should have been spotted before the account was ever opened.

Continues to attempt to collect debt. Refuses to allow proper validation of debt. When trying to dispute they have an auto message that populates which means they are not even looking into my information. Stated payment arrangement was made, I requested recording of such arrangement be sent to CFPB and BBB as well as myself of date that payment arrangement was made. They stated sent certified letter asked them who signed letter as it was not myself. I want signature sent to CFPB. I want original documents and signatures made from myself binding me to a contract with AAS Debt Recovery Inc, as no contract exists to my knowledge. I 'm a XXXX veteran and getting taken advantage of by this debt collection agency who do n't even care enough to hear my disputes. So glad to have fought for someone 's freedom to rip off and misrepresent to others so your welcome for that freedom.

Notice for Proof of Claim Account : AAS DEBT RECOVERY INC XXXX I have sent in a complaint over this unverified debt with a 3rd party collection agency that I have never done any business with. I have sent a cease and desist letter and requested the proper documentation and never received the proper paperwork requested. I did receive a generic screenshot-style letter with inaccurate information listed. There was no proof of contract as required by OHIO Law under 1319.21 O.R.C. CODE TAKING ASSIGNMENT OF DEBT ( FDCPA ). I have no business relationship with AAS DEBT RECOVERY INC. I need to seed their proof of ownership or the chain of title ownership. I firmly believe they ( AAS DEBT RECOVERY INC ) are attempting to enforce a claim upon my person without any valid information.

This company, which I hold no contract with nor have received services from, reported a collection account against my SSN in the amount of {$140.00} with XXXX, XXXX & XXXX credit reporting agencies. I requested full validation of debt and account however the business failed to provide adequate proof. Considering this business does not have a contract with me for goods or services they have provided nor have they provided adequate proof. According to 623 ( a ) ( 7 ) section of the Fair Credit Reporting Act consumer are required to receive a letter from the Furnisher for negative information being placed on their credit report within 30 days. I did not received any letter. I am not obligated to pay for the alleged debt.

I sent a letter stating that I wanted to validate the debt they then turned around and stated it was a payment agreement in no way was it an agreement and payment plan like they stated. I asked for information to let me know what the debt is to give me time o validate. At this point they are making false statements. I do. It have a contract with any third party billing as well. Not one. Taking my documents to ask for validation is not a legal or even ethical statement or payment plan. At this point I will be contacting a lawyer. They are intentionally misrepresenting and making false statements.

This account was my checking account. This account was hacked and there was fraudulent transactions made on it. It was brought to my attention three days later when I received a letter in the mail that the account was overdrawn. They did an investigation found out where bad checks were used on my account. Then a week later I received another letter stating I have to pay this amount back and totally blamed me! Now they know where it came from no where close to where I live. This account is FRAUDULENT. They would not consider investigation further into it.

i had closed a checking account on XXXX/XXXX/14 with a XXXX dollar balenceand i tried to withdraw this and the bank said they did not owe me. i received a letter from XXXX saying i owe them XXXX! they put this on my credit report after i tried to resolve the issue with them. i found this out after i had applied for credit and was denied. they also stated that i closed the account on XXXX/XXXX/2014 in wich someone had just scribbled in on the statement they had sent me. i have the original statments from the bank proving this.

A certified letter was sent to AAS Debt recovery Inc for debt validation. I requested the following information from this debt collector .Name and Address of Alleged Creditor, Alleged Debtor, Alleged account number, date the alleged debt became payable, amount of alleged debt, date of original charge or delinquency and contract of debt. This collection agency has not sent me anything to validate this debt. I am demanding this account be removed from my credit report as it is damaging my credit worthiness.

AAS debt recovery, inc is reporting a balance of {$600.00} on my credit report. I have asked for a detailed description of what this is that they believe that I owed them or any company that they are trying to recover these funds. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM AAS DEBT RECOVERY, INC IN A DETAILED DESCRIPTION WITH MY SIGNATURE. When speaking to a representative from AAS DEBT RECOVERY she asked for personal information that has nothing to do with what Im calling about and she hung up on me.

They are trying to state my debt validation letter was a payment plan. The letter clearly does not state anything about payment. They violated my rights. I want full removal of trade line. No where indicates payment plan. They misrepresented everything I sent to them to fit to their agenda.

I've FULLY PAID an account off of my credit with AAS Debt Recovery and they have yet to have their credit line from my credit profile and I've called them and disputed several times. It needs to be removed form credit ; as I've already paid the money that I owe in full
