Contacted via email about a debt for two motorcycles I purchased. One was already repossessed, and the other one was not. Threatened many times about being sued, wages garnished, and possible arrest by police. Never received anything via mail, only calls and emails made/sent to myself as well as my mother. They said the same threatening things to her about what could happen to me, if the debt wasnt payed immediately, and continued to badger her without any permission from me to talk to her about my debt..They have offered a settlement, but they wouldnt provide a physical address of their business until my mother told them we wouldnt send any money without knowing where theyre located. They had originally asked for payment over the phone, and then gave a PO Box where to send it. When I searched for information on the internet I found on the XXXX that this agency name and address was closed, and many of their tactics where reported over and over in complaints to the XXXX. I did ask them about finding on the XXXX site where it said their business closed, and they told me businesses change all the time ... The name the collections agency gave me was AA recovery solutions, also used the name AARS. The address they finally gave me after repeated attempts to get it from them is, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a zip code of XXXX. Im not sure where to go at this point, all the phone numbers I found associated with them say they are not in service. Even the ones on the website ( XXXX ) they gave me didnt connect me to anyone. I was told I needed to send the money two day express with no signature required, and that I would receive a clean title to the motorcycle, the one that wasnt repossessed, 1-2 weeks after they relieved the money. I did contact the original company I purchased the motorcycle from, but they were unable to give me any verifiable information about the debt. I called two different numbers. One of them I found on line, but the XXXX representative couldnt tell me anything about the debt. Also called a XXXX phone number given to me by AA, which told me the debt was bought out by XXXX XXXX. Ive never received anything from XXXX XXXX about this debt. AA recovery solutions said XXXX XXXX bought the debt, and AA recovery is the third party used to collect the debt .... Ive been told so many things by AA recovery solutions, and many of them have been contradicted from one phone conversation to another, and from what is told to me vs what is told to my mother. Also, the information Ive found online doesnt substantiate the information AA has given me ... I have no idea where to turn at this point, or whom to believe. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

On Wednesday XX/XX/2020 I received a voicemail from XXXX XXXX calling from XXXX the message was veryu rude stating that he has been retained to pursue all of my legal assets.I had no idea who he was so I called back and he immediately starting yelling that I owe a debt and that I need to pay it .I asked him from who because I had not received a letter from him. He started yelling that I am broke and probably cant afford to pay the debt. Then he said I want verification so I can find a way not to pay it. Then I asked him who was the orginal debt owner he said XXXX XXXX .I asked him to give me their number so I can contact them .He told me to XXXX it .I said to him I wanted to make sure I had the correct info he started yelling I am too stupid to go online and XXXX.it He attacked me verbally non stop for 20 minutes. I told him clearly I can not speak to him without him yelling and being abusive so he said to speak to his supervisor and he put a guy name XXXX on the phone and I asked him what was the name of the business he was calling from he said AA Recovery in XXXX Fla. I advised him of XXXX behavior he didn't really say to much about XXXX behavior. I told him I have never seen or heard of this debt before .He said the debt was {$3000.00} I told him I never took a loan for for {$3000.00}. He said it was {$1500.00} and the rest was fees. I asked him to send me confirmation where I signed for this loan because I have not signed for a loan. Upon receipt of cleared funds, your account will be considered paid in full. Each payment must be received in our office no later than the close of business on the date indicated below. Last week I received a voicemail from a XXXX XXXX in AARS. He left a vague message saying that I owed money and to call him. He also called friends and family and called my sister and spooked her as he mentioned her by full name and contact details like her home address and other personal info. When I contacted him he said I owed money but was not saying from where he worked with and for who he was calling about. When I asked to verify who he was he got hostile and said I was stalling the process and he was going to put a judgement on me if I didnt act in 3 days. Yesterday I got a voicemail from him saying theres a judgement on me and that they were looking for me but failed to find me so I was going to be marked as a non compliant and the court case will go without me. That they could not reach me at my house or my job. But no one came to my house because I was home all day. I did my research and the account he speaks of is not under his company and there is no judgement in my county against me. Today I called him to ask him to verify the account and send me the paperwork that shows that his company is handling the account through mail and he refused saying that if they did that for all their customers they would spend millions. When I said it was my right and the law he said not to read those phony government websites. He then said that he will file the paperwork to sue me and because I was unwilling to work with him but he was not trying to verify who he was or the account. I had called my original creditor and the company and the amount did not match with his. He was also sketchy because he called from different number and the company number he gave is not found online. He said only he was the only one that can work with the account and nobody in his company or the original creditor could help me. Then he said good luck to you and in life. The information of the individual XXXX XXXX AA Recovery Solutions XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

I received a call from this debt collection agency saying they were filing a lawsuit against me and suing me. They left this information in a voicemail. When I call them, I told them this wasnt my debt. It was some sort of online loan that didnt actually have someone speak personally with me. The original creditor is XXXX XXXX, and this is not on my credit report either. They begin asking me if I know a person, and I tell them no. They then threaten to call said person and patch the call in on mine. I totally ignored that. They then tell me that my number is registered to a person with that name. Im not sure where they get their information, but this phone is in MY name. They also started talking about a company that I havent worked for since XXXX, saying that this XXXX place confirmed employment for me there in XXXX. No, they didnt. They gave weird email addresses. One was from XXXX, and I dont have a yahoo email account. The person on the phone argued with me telling me that I did. Im pretty sure that I know what my email address is, and it isnt a XXXX account. The threats were illegal, and carrying on with people I dont know or email addresses that I dont use - Im not sure what the purpose was. I do know that they do not need to contact so and so or anyone else about a loan theyre saying I owe that I dont. Also, when I called back- the gentleman on the phone admitted that the original caller was a pretexter- to make sure that was my number and truly me. Hmmm?!?!? They supposedly knew so much about me but actually didnt. So odd!

I took out the loan in XXXX with XXXX to help take care of some bills. I was making payments on time, but realized that the payment amounts were getting higher and higher monthly, to the point that nearly half of my check was being used to pay the bill casing me to fall further behind and deeper in debt. I tried to make arrangements to pay half here and there to get caught up, but my efforts were found to be futile. I was advised off the record by a XXXX employee to stop payments, and close acct. They would then reach out to me in attempt to possibly make an arrangement that was fair. I was contacted, but was unable to reach a payment plan that was fair or reasonable with my salary. About six months ago, I was contacted by a company by the name of AA recovery services. I attempted to get a little background information on them by asking questions, but was meant with rude replies and threats of having my wages garnished. I was told that they could set up arrangements for {$1200.00} a month until amount was paid in full. The initial amount of the loan was {$2500.00}. Even after making several payments initially, that amount has ballooned to approx. {$3900.00}. Today, XX/XX/XXXX. I received a phone call at my job from AA Recovery Services informing me that I need to be at my address on Monday XX/XX/XXXX, to sign for legal documents. I have never received anything in writing regarding any legal matters via mail from said company!

On XX/XX/19 this company called me, my sister, and my work. This company claims I owe a debt but have yet to send anything to my address. They told me I could settle the debt for {$1100.00} and sent me a letter via email. He claimed if I asked for a debt verification letter then I wouldnt be able to settle The debt and I would have to pay it in full. Once I received the letter I started to try and get background on this company because the guy acted funny. I could not find any information and wasnt about to pay a company money. I requested in an email certain information to verify their identity. They responded with a very short email not answering my questions but sending me to another number of a company that never answers and the message does not state the companies name. They will not provide proof of the debt either. Today XX/XX/19 they called me again harassing me stating I could not email them at all. Now mind you I have only sent one email. An hour later the business called from a blocked number again with a courier who was coming to my house to serve me papers between XXXX today. This was a misrepresentation and is illegal. The message stated I needed to call them to stop the courier from coming. This company is harassing me and I have asked for certain information and they are sending me to people and companies that dont exist.

An agent with XXXX XXXX ( collection agency ) called my work three times today and my mobile phone three times today ( XX/XX/2019 ) while I was at work. When i left work I called the number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke to an agent named XXXX. I stated that I had received several calls from this number today and please not to contact me at work. He then interrupted me when I was trying to ask him why they called so many times by telling me, " we'll call your employer as many times as we want especially when we garnish your wages '', and then hung up the phone. I called back the same number and he answered again. I then asked him to please repeat what he said to me before he hung up and he replied, " well you better think again if I'm going to allow you to set me up ''. He then hung up the phone on me again. So I called back and this time someone else answered the phone and asked me my name, I told them my name and he repeated it loudly and then asked me to hold. A few seconds later he then hing up on me and I have not tried to call back. At no time did anyone tell me why they were contacting me or how much I owed and for what/who they were collecting for. If they refuse to speak with me then how can they initiate a garnishment on my wages?

On XX/XX/XXXX, received harassing and threatening voice-mails from the number XXXX implying legal action, what is being alleged, clearing my name and protecting my interests by a man calling himself Mr. XXXX. Company name was not identified. Claim was that there failed attempts to reach me. To my knowledge, no attempts have been made. XX/XX/XXXX a friend/caregiver was helping to assist me at home with my mother who has XXXX. I was cleaning up a XXXX blowup and she was getting cleaning supplies. She answered this call from what we think was again Mr. XXXX who asked for me and became aggressive and threatening when she stated I was unavailable and she was unable to take a message for me. She had to hang up on him. The company was described to this third party as AA she thinks. We were wrist deep in a blowout so she isn't sure. She told him she was a caregiver and he continued until she hung up. XX/XX/XXXX received yet another threatening voice-mail from Mr. XXXX again implying legal action if I do not respond by the end of business day today and contacting my employer if I do not call him back at XXXX I have not called either of these numbers as the messages as well as his interaction with the other caregiver was hostile and threatening.

XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX I received a phone call from a private number the person told me they were in the independent process server. They told me that they will be attempting to serve me at a address in XXXX where I dont currently reside. I asked what was the court action reference to they refused to tell me and told me if I wanted more information I had to call XXXX. Once I said I had a number the person said you have been served and hung up the phone. I then contacted the 800 number which belongs to AA Recovery Solutions XXXX. I informed them of the phone call I got from the unknown number they quickly denied that was associated with them. I asked him how would I know the number to call without receiving the information from somebody and again they denied the Previous phone call. This is a very deceptive practice to have somebody call threatening a lawsuit are delivering paperwork for a lawsuit just have a customer call them so they can then tell you about a debt .they never really identify their selves as a collection agency. I feel that no collect agency should threaten a lawsuit without first informing you of whats going on and give you some time to validate if the information is actually true

On XX/XX/2019, I received a phone call on my cell from XXXX at AA Recovery ( XXXX ) who advised that he wanted to see what was going on with the payment. XXXX advised that the payment dated XX/XX/XXXX came back invalid card. When I started to ask questions, XXXX changed it to the payment dated XX/XX/XXXX coming back as an invalid card. Once XXXX realized that I was onto his scam, he hung up. He then called my work phone, asking to speak to Human Resources. I advised him that what he was doing was illegal because it was harassing. XXXX advised he would keep calling numbers until he got to Human Resources. I did attempt to make a payment on the XX/XX/XXXX in which my bank informed me that the company that was processing the payment, XXXX XXXX XXXX, was a scam company and, because they did take payment on the XX/XX/XXXX, they were sending me a new debit card. I then received a call from a woman on XX/XX/XXXX from a woman and a man who tried to get me to give them my credit card information. Once both of them realized that I was not going to give them anything, they hung up on me. I have looked up the company ( they operate as AA Recovery ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX and both companies come up as scams.

On XX/XX/2019, my son, sister, brother-in-law, ex-husband and myself were all contacted by XXXX XXXX from AARS. Messages were left for all of us that he was contacting us regarding paperwork that had come across his desk and a lean was going to be put on property my sister owns. He gave the address and said to return his call to try to prevent this from happening. My sister has another message she kept, left by XXXX XXXX from the same company on XX/XX/XXXX, telling her he had my address and was coming to my home that day to deliver papers. If I wanted to keep him from doing that, I needed to call him back. I called back today and spoke with XXXX to clarify the issue, and he is trying to collect for a pay day loan, but insisted his company is a liaison between the attorney and he original debtor. He confirmed there has been no lawsuit filed, so I explained to him that he shouldn't be telling lies. He of course insisted it wasn't a lie. There have been other calls to my family, but we normally just ignore them.

I requested proof of debt. I was sent a letter from the company saying what I owed and the original company name, not a copy of the contract. They also threatened to sue me for the following : Due to delinquency in repaying the amount you owe ; we are going to file this case at your district courthouse. You will be served with a subpoena to appear at your district courthouse in next 3 business days. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX HAS STATED FOLLOWING ALLEGATIONS AGAINST YOU AS BELOW : ( 1 ) Violation of Federal Banking Regulation ( 2 ) Collateral Check Fraud ( 3 ) Theft by Deception They also contacted several people in one day stating they are coming to my house or place of employment. To include a minor child was left this information. I was not informed that the debt was moved to a debt collector. The debt collector contacted me two years after the last communication from the original creditor.

I have spoken with customer support at XXXX XXXX XXXX and assured my accounts are all in good standing, they further reassured me that all collections on delinquent accounts are handled in house. I made a phone call to the number listed above, spoke with " XXXX '' and when he realized I was not going to give him and personal information he got combative and hung up. I have checked my credit reports and do not have any delinquent accounts or outstanding debts. This is an obvious phishing attempt and inappropriate use of my personal information.

AA Recovery contacted a relative and left voicemails and spoke in person, revealing specific details about my payment arrangement, the original debt, and pending payments. I made an initial payment on XXXX and had a payment scheduled for XXXX. I rescheduled the second payment to XXXX. On XXXX, AA Recovery attempted to process the payment anyway. After this payment did not go through ( as it was not the amended payment date ) AA Recovery called an unauthorized third party multiple times. Contacting AA Recovery regarding this on XXXX, I was told that the person I made the arrangement with was no longer with the company, and the case was assigned to the person who violated my privacy. I confirmed my contact information and asked him not to call my family anymore and remove their numbers, as well as send me the information regarding the debt so I could verify it. AA Recovery Solutions has been calling non-stop since XXXX. I never received anything in writing from them. They constantly send text messages and the last one that I received was back at the end of XXXX. I responded and said send me validation in writing. I have not received anything from them, yet they continue to harass me over the phone.

Called my employer looking for me and was speaking in a threatening manor and even harassed my employer about my whereabouts. Then continued to call me and I would answer and they would threaten me not give any detail about the alleged debt or contract breach that never happened

XXXX with AA Recovery Solutions called my cell phone asking for my husband. He represented himself as he was an employer looking for a reference for my brother in law. This was absolutely a lie as it is clear that he is trying to obtain skip tracing info on my Brother in law.
