XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has contacted me several times in the past year about a debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX that does not exist. I have requested proof of acct and have even contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX who say this is a scam. They represent themselves as a law firm, are disrespectful, tell you that you committed a crime, threaten to sue you, say they called your bank and have your location. The calls, except for today which was a robo person, start with a woman claiming to have a package and that they will connect you with the person that is sending. Then a guy gets on and tries to verify your info while saying he is issuing a court summons/subpoena and you should handle the debt before court. Today, I was able to record both conversations with clear and direct threats. This company misrepresents who they are, claim to be a law office and gets you on the phone through deception. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are their real name. My first call with them they wouldnt tell me who they were, just hung up, after I didnt cooperate. The XXXX XXXX times they represented themselves as attorneys/law office. The XXXX call approximately XXXX months ago said they would serve me at a specific time at my public records address. Nothing. NO paperwork has ever been furnished as proof despite requests, account doesnt exist with american web loan, not on credit report, Nothing.

The Owner of the company I work for was sold an advertising product from " The XXXX '' They made multiple unauthorized charges to his account under different names. He canceled payments to the unauthorized charges. They said they sent it to collections. We called the number on the XXXX web page and they said they were A & S collections. We told them the charges were fraudulent and they called us repeatedly over and over even after we told them it was harassment. they yelled at us to shut up. They told us they were going to take us to the supreme Court. We told them to go ahead and they continued to call us. The phone number from the A & S collections website takes you to XXXX students hotline. The web addresses are : XXXX and XXXX The phone number listed on Insulation network is XXXX The phone number of the individual that repeatedly called and harassed us is XXXX She said her name was XXXX The phone number listed on A & S collections page is XXXX which as I said is a phone XXXX. They also pretended to be a different company having to do with spray foam with a different number and it was the same person on the phone that number was XXXX and the website for that one is XXXX

Received a phone call on Tues XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX from a unknown number by guy named XXXX XXXX saying he has legal documentation that I have to sign for at my place of residence and/or employment under my name and social security number. The paperwork is pertaining to a claimant office is filling against me. He says he is advising me to call XXXX and here is your attactch case number. This same guy has also called My Dad at his residence on Tues XXXX XXXX, Weds XXXX XXXX and also called my brother at his place of residence XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. He has call both of them numerious times and was very rude. He has also called me again on XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX for another message like the first one. He called again XXXX XXXX saying the same message.

We are a small business who was contracted with A & S Collections. They collected our debts for us but they never paid us on the percentage owed to us. I have invoices of check statements they claimed were processed. We never received these checks.
