Auto Pronto, ( AP Auto Finance ) on XXXX XX/XX/2021, contacted my in law, - who is not a authorized on the auto account And stated, that they were trying to collect a debt, and in said conversation, decided to let her know, if I didn't bring the vehicle in question back to them, I would be charged with Hindering a Secured Creditor, in the State of Texas.
In doing such, I feel my rights were violated, as my in laws and I aren't really the best of allies at the moment, and has created all kinds of drama. This has also put stress on a medical condition I have as, I have XXXX induced by XXXX. Doing so, has also caused XXXX and embarrassing XXXX on my marriage.
