In XXXX of 2021, I accepted the loan terms for a payday loan with King of Cash. When it became clear in late XXXX that I need assistance to pay off this loan I sought support from a debt resolution company.
In accordance with the policy of the King of Kash organization, I completed a written letter revoking ACH authorization in XXXX of 2021. I received confirmation from King if Kash and a debt resolution company began negotiating and making payments on my behalf.
During this time, King of Kash continued to debit my account according to original terms of the contract. When I called in XX/XX/2021 to report this error, they apologized and asked if I wanted the funds returned - approximately {$800.00}. I said no, they could keep it and apply to my principal balance. I did that as a show of Good faith that I had every intention of paying the remaining debt. That was clearly a mistake. I was assured it would not happen again.
It did happen again about 3 weeks later for {$450.00}. My bank blocked the charge at my request. King of Kash then proceeded to try and process over multiple days various smaller amounts to try and get around the stop payment. I was in contact with them many times during this period. Often times getting an apology and a promise that it would not happen again.
In XXXX, they were successful at bypassing the stop payment by putting in multiple charges against my account totaling {$1100.00} all in a single day. Even if they were sticking to the original agreement ( which should not have been the case ) this was the wrong date and more than twice the originally agreed payment amount.
When I contacted King of Kash, after multiple times of pushing me off with promises of call backs, they finally agreed it was an error and they would return the funds immediately. I was first told 1-2 business days and now the days are passing and its becoming clearer they have no intention on actually doing anything. There is one customer service rep that has attempted to help, but my sense is that she is either not being truthful or her bosses are not being truthful with her. I can not claim to know which is reality. She seems genuine.
Additionally, the previous funds I allowed them to keep seem to have gone missing and dont appear to have been applied to my account.
I have attempted to resolve this with the company through no less than 25 phone calls over the last 3 months- often waiting on hold for more than 30 mins each time just to be transferred to a random Voicemail.
I dont see an end in sight and they keep attempting to debit my account on random dates and for random amounts regularly with no notice. I dont know what else to do other than just close all my accounts at this point. It has created an enormous amount of stress and financial havoc in my life.

They told me that my payments on a XXXX loan would be {$250.00} per month for 7 months, They email me the documents which showd the 7 payments, After they took antother payment two weeks later, I called and they said my payments were actually 14 biweekly payments of XXXX each. Reviewing my loan documments shows that these addtiional bieweekly payments were grayed out. So i did not see them. After making three payments I sent them a letter advsing them that I would like for them to uphold what they told me. They refused to do it.
I have place a stop payment through my bank, and sent Kings Of Kask the following : XX/XX/2018 XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WI. XXXX Kings of Kash XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MO. XXXX RE : Account # XXXX Revocation of authorization for debits To Whom It May Concern : Please stop taking automatic payments from my bank account for payments to my account with your company. My account number with your company is XXXX. I am writing to inform you that I am revoking authorization for you to debit my account via electronic funds transfer and by checks : This revocation applies to any and all future debits.
If yo would like to re-create the terms of the agreement please contact me by writing.

XX/XX/2020 I reached out to the company trying to get help considering I lost my income due to covid. They didn't attempt to answer any questions or help in anyway and then proceeded to charge me almost double my payment amount on XX/XX/2020.
On XX/XX/2020 I reached out to the company again as I am in dire straights and asked to have my ach authorization revoked as I could not afford overdraft charges. The lady was short and rude. She stated she could not help me it was against company policy. I asked to speak to supervisor in which she said they didn't have one. They sent me to XXXX which whom I did not know her position. I asked if they had a legal department I could speak with again being told they don't have that and that I could not get a due date change or my authorization for 5-7 days. They were going to take my money anyway after trying to deal with this for two months. They bombard my phone with texts, emails, and calls. They are rude and unprofessional and their interest rates are appalling. I paid at least XXXX a month for almost 12 months on a XXXX dollar loan.

XXXX client, XXXX XXXX is a victim of identity theft. He reviewed a consumer credit report and found several inquires related to cash advance loans were made into his credit reports without his consent. While no loans related to the applications were established, the process did leave inquiries on his credit reports. Official disputes were mailed to the various offices where the inquiries were made however as of this date, those offices have failed to make contact or give an update as to the status of the investigation or the removal of the inquiry information. Dear Sir or Madam : I was initially approved for a loan on XX/XX/2019. The funds supposed to have been deposited to my account in 24 hours. They were not. I informed the company. Following this dispute, they voided out the initial loan and reissued a new one on XX/XX/2019. This second loan 's funds were supposed to be distributed by XX/XX/2019. The funds were never deposited into my account. I called the company. They informed me that they were working on it and the funds should have made it to my account by Friday, XX/XX/2019. I called back on Friday and asked for a cancellation of this loan, they have refused based on the premise that the funds are in transfer. I sent a written statement and attached images to show as of XX/XX/2019 that the funds have never been deposited. This company has had me to sign a contract and I never received the funds for the loan.

I was unemployed and got the loan to help until I found a job. Found a job was paying on loans then my ex-husband started trouble legally. I had to take care of other things first. I'm consolidating, started XX/XX/2019. Informed king of cash that is the only they will be getting paid. I believe I gave my consolidating the their info I am still constantly getting phone calls on my phone and I am being sent emails from one of my bosses that king of cash is calling them everyday leaving voicemails and I already told them about consolidating situation. I have received countless automated calls from King of Cash ( XXXX ). For example, I received calls on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and many more!! I have called this company at least twice to report that they have the wrong phone number on file. The automated voicemail indicates that they are calling for someone named " XXXX '' and my name is NOT XXXX, nor have I ever done business with King of Cash. I verified my cell number is on the do not call registry since XX/XX/XXXX.

my chapter XXXX bankruptcy was discharged which included an account held by King of Kash. I am constantly receiving calls/emails from this company demanding payment although the account has been discharged. I consider this a violation of my protections under bankruptcy and ask that the company be held liable do to their attempts to collect this debt. I ask that they immediately remove my email, telephone number and any other applicable information regarding this account and discontinue contacting me.

king of kash keeps calling my work and have been told our company does not accept these type of calls and I am going to lose my job because of it. constant harassment when told to stop calling place of employment. they said they could call whomever and tell them about the debt, calling at all hours and interrupting work. I have called them several times.
