Hello Team, Due to the pandemic my credit profile was damaged as there were lo of errors and inconsistencies in the credit report. To fix this i joined a credit repair company named 90 days credit repairs. They falsely claimed me and said they will give XXXX points increase warranty in 90 days. Also they tricked me and put me in a contract spanning for 1 year and i was asked to pay {$100.00} per month for their services. I agreed and started paying them monthly {$100.00} and i paid for 3 months. However they did not show any results not even a single point of increase on top of that they did not communicate well or did not showed any transparency as what were they doing. Even after multiple attempts nothing changed and their claim of XXXX points warranty in 90 days went false. Since this was my first time to work with a credit repair company i still gave them a chance and waited for more 90 days but still there were no meaningful results. During this period they put a contract account by name XXXX XXXX on the Credit Bureaus and started reporting Negative acitivity on my credit profile damaging my credit badly since i had stopped paying them. Now XXXX XXXX team are Harrasing and Threating me that they will file a lawsuit against me in the court for a amount of {$700.00} +. they are giving me regular phone calls and harrasing me also they re asking XXXX to settle down this contract by paying {$700.00} + amount. I need immediate help to get out of this situation, Thanks, XXXX

I paid this company for a guarantee XXXX points in 90 days over 3 bureaus. I never had a person working on my account the same each time. The first guy sent the letters to remove things off my credit report and put a block on my social. Thats was the extent of what they did. So I asked to cancel. They tried to make every excuse why not to cancel but yet I never got a 60 day or 90 day update they just sent me a text who the new person was that month. A man named XXXX XXXX called me and told me he was working with 90 day credit experts and they agreed to cancel my contract if I paid a fee in which I did. I also received an email from him telling me my contract was cancelled and the account removed from my credit report. That was XX/XX/XXXX. Today I received a text from a collection agency telling me 90 day credit experts gave my account to them. I called and told them I was told my contract was cancelled after paying the fee and sent them the email. Then reached out to XXXX XXXX and he told me the same my contract was cancelled. The manager at XXXX named XXXX called me back and told me that my contract was never cancelled with 90 day credit experts that it was only cancelled with denefits who apparently are the people that take the payments. I called XXXX back again and he told me that is not the case but then his tune got a little different not really telling me what I paid to cancel. He is still sticking with the story its cancelled. 90 day credit experts.

The scammers talk a good game and promise you the world to get you into a contract and threaten to turn you over to there collection agency and put negative information on your consumer reports for terminating them.Yea they did get 6 items deleted or I did myself because prior to hiring them I also sent out disputes of my own so who knows if it was me or there dispute thats got the six items removed any how they keep bouncing me from one person to another Ive had three in five months they warranty that your score will go up 100 points in 90 days or a money back guarantee I havent seen a increase nothing like they promise then had the nerve enough to say its because off the late payments in my consumer reports.They dont return your calls they always have a excuse but let it come time for payment and low and behold you can talk to anyone in the building these people need to be put out of business and quite scamming people by taking money before they do any work if they want to fight this Im fully prepared all I can say is if they are feeling groggy then jump because there aint no fence around this XXXX!!!

I reached out to 90 day credit experts in XX/XX/2023 to repair my credit they offered a XXXX points in 90 days if not you will get your money back guaranteed and you can be exited out. Nothing has changed to my credit and they will not let me exit out they continue to charge me and has locked me into a contract. They keep trying to pull money from my account I have reached out numerous times asking them to cancel. They have threatened to send me to collections they keep harassing me with phone calls and messages via portal. This is not right for these credit repair companies who is suppose to help your credit, they ruin it. The owner XXXX lives this fancy lifestyle on XXXX while he scam people into funding it. He preys on low class struggling people that needs help just to place them in collections and ruin their credit with these faulty contracts. They have so many of these complaints on XXXX and nothing has been done. You should be able to cancel a service if it is not done or you simply do not need it anymore, we are in a recession. These credit repair scams need to be stopped.

The company is called XXXX 90 day credit repair where they guarantee a 100 point increase in 90 days. I signed up in XX/XX/2022 for an initial amount of {$99.00} nothing happened. The next month a withdrawal of of {$300.00} was trying to come out of my account and this was not discussed. I called the company within 30 days of signing up and they stated I could not cancel for 90 days and I must pay the fees, but I told them you are not doing any work. What am I paying you for? Then I started seeing an entry on my credit report as a loan installment contract. I did not receive a loan from this company and now its reporting from XXXX until XXXX I owe them {$1800.00} for services never rendered that I asked to cancel, of them harassing me, and them running my score worse than the XXXX that I had. I have disputed with credit bureaus several times to verify the debt with original documentation and the credit bureaus keep telling me that this company has certified this is valid. My next step is litigation against all 3 bureaus and XXXX. This is my last step for assistance.

I refused to pay them another dime, so I blocked them from my credit card, and they sent me a message stating : Hi XXXX XXXX, this is 90 Day Credit Experts. We were recently notified by your bank you disputed our payments. We will be sending your bank the contracts you signed to reverse the disputed payments. Your account will be sent to a 3rd party collections agency and legal efforts will be made to collect the debt. You will receive a letter in the mail within 30 days if you have any questions contact the number on the letter. I have not received a letter or a phone number, this was an email.

On XXXX XXXX XXXX I attempted to sign up for a credit repair service with 90 day credit experts they made it all sound so good a one time charge of XXXX bucks and no money had to be even paid upfront when it came to signing got documents the documents would not load on my end so I was unable to sign for anything or read what I was actually signing up for, they said no problem we ll just sign for you which is fraud in itself but at the time I wasnt thinking about it and just wanted to get started repairing my credit fast forward two months I see an account that I owe XXXX for from a company called denefits when I called and asked what this was about they said we are the billing company for 90 day credit experts, not only did they fraudulently sign documents for me but they also mislead me on everything that was happening this needs to be removed from my credit report it is ruining my life

It's agreed between me and 90 days credit experts that they ill fixe my credit in 90 days by adding XXXX points and remove all the negative wich they didn't did, then they asked me to nit apply for any credit and they went and opened a line of credit with Denefits on my behalf without my consent, I called before the 90 days to cancel and they did it on own purpose to not answer my call or my text until the XXXX past and now they come back and say I am under a contact they can't cancel it I do have some conversation saying I don't see any progress and I need to cancel and XXXX said I am waiting on the updated report I told her I already have one from XXXX XXXX they is no change and she didn't listen bc she was planning to lock me on the contract

90 day credit experts had tried engaging services with me. They never performed any credit repair services and have sent an account to a collections company. When I tried contacting them, they blocked my number. This organization has horrible reviews and is an extorionist credit repair company that is FAKE. I am contacting the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and every government agency regarding this.

8/23/23-Informed company that I had obtained counsel for Bankruptcy filing provided name and number to attorney and requested them to stop contacting me. Collector stated he will continue calling and texting so that they will still keep trying to pull payment from my card and that they will report me to credit bureaus. I stated once again to stop contacting and they refused.

I signed up with this company under the guise of {$150.00} per month would take care of all services, I was informed I would still need to get XXXX XXXX so they could pull my reports monthly. I explained to the representative that my income was set and I really could not afford it but they did not care.
