I took out an {$800.00} loan with Zaplo loans. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a better interest loan from my credit union. I contacted Zaplo, XXXX XXXX and requested a statement, since that is what my credit union required to pay off the loan. They needed the amount, the account number, and address to send the payoff check to. She said we don't have statements, which is odd. Even payday loans have statements. So I requested my loan agreement from her. She sent me a lousy spreadsheet with the amounts I would owe for the rest of the loan and what the payoff amount would be on XXXX ten days from that date. It had the loan number in it and their address. So it was workable, we thought. The checks for my car payoff, another loan and Zaplo we're all sent on XX/XX/XXXX. May car received the check and paid off my loan on XX/XX/XXXX, my other loan for XXXX received payment and paid off my loan on XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to contact their collections department, XXXX and their customer service department via email many times ( 10 at least ). The WILL not respond. They have not paid off my loan. The only response I received was from one rep who said they had changed my account to non-ach but I need to continue to make my payments or I will be charged late fees and interest. I tried to contact her back but she wouldn't respond!! I am at my wit 's end!! They have the check but will not credit it to my account. I refuse to pay two loans. One to my credit union and one to them!! Help?!
