I received a call approx at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from a customer service representative named XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to my past due payment of 22 days from what she said. However my due date is on the XXXX of every month. I advised her I did not get paid until the XXXX of the month and that's when I would be able to make the payment. She then said to me with a superior and rude tone, " You do not have until the XXXX, you need to pay now ''. I said, " I cant as I get paid on the XXXX, so that's when you will receive payment ''. She then said, '' Why can you not pay, you just got an extension and you still cant ' catch up. ". I told her, " My house became a one income household and I received a deferment, as it would be on your notes ''. She then said, " It's been a one income household since the beginning of the loan, you took sole ownership of it. '' I stated, " No, I actually purchased it with my husband. '' She said, " Well I cant give you another extension so you have until tomorrow to pay the XXXX '' I said, " I didn't ask for an extension ''. She then threw it in my face again about the deferment I had received back in DXX/XX/XXXX stating once again I had just received an extension and still couldn't catch up. She was being so demanding, rude, and abusive, that I finally said to her you can come pick up the vehicle if you want. She then replied, '' Okay, whats the address? ". I stated it should be on file, she then had the nerve to ask if was a reliable address since I couldn't even keep up with my payments. I then said to her, '' You know you're harassing me. Let me speak to your manager '' She asked, '' How? because I'm asking you to pay your bill. '' I asked again to let me speak to her manager, as she was talking over me. She said, '' No, I'm just asking when you can pay ''. I advised her that if she didn't stop talking to me in a demeaning way I was going to contact my attorney. Asked for a manager once again, she ignored the request for a third time. Continued talking over me and threatened to end the call since I had mentioned the attorney, and she could no longer speak to me. I advised her that if she knew how to do her job correctly she would obtain my attorney information then seize communication as she cant without it, she then said go ahead and have your attorney contact us have a good day and call ended. At the end of that call I felt harassed, abused, humiliated and upset. This call was probably worse than what it sounds, the way she was talking down to me was disgusting and with great lack of empathy. I called right back and had my call answered by a female name XXXX who identified herself as a customer service manager. I complaint to her straight off the bat that the previous agent I had just spoken to was incredibly rude and was baffled by the way she expressed herself. I said, " Your agent had the nerve to throw in my face the deferment I received and had the nerve to say to me why was it that I still can not catch up, as well as threatened to pick up the vehicle, which I know you cant she then asked if my address was good because I obviously couldn't even keep up with my payments. I have never missed a payment, yes I have been late but never have I missed a payment '' I said to her, " I too used to work at a XXXX XXXX XXXX company and she can not speak to me that way ''. The manager acknowledged that the agent should not have spoken to me in that way and said she was going to pull the call and listen to, which I really hope she did. The manager then offered to give me until the XXXX and to only make my minimum payment of {$320.00}, Which from previous reps had said that was not a problem. Manager stated she could not give me until the XXXX as the account would be in the collections department, but even so I would still be able to make the payment and be fine, Around XXXX XXXX on the same day, I received another call from XXXX XXXX XXXX, by another agent who was trying to collect the payment after an arrangement had already been made. When I called back to inquire about the names of the reps I had spoken to, the 3rd agent didn't leave any notes on the account about her contacting me. I wonder how many other notes are missing in my account. Point is that this call violates the FDCPA in so many ways, not to mention they love to contact my references and advising them of when I'm late on my payments. From my knowledge working in XXXX and XXXX XXXX where you are trained and tested that's a violation. The agent violated first off using an abusive tone and language, she treated me unfairly by assuming my address wasn't reliable, because I'm doing the best that I can on making my payments every month, she implied threat by responding okay when I offered to take the vehicle, as well as denying me to speak to a manager after requesting one several times. She didn't even attempt to de-escalate the call or acknowledge my request. I felt as if I was getting hit with a bat every time I tried to reason with her. This woman is a customer service representative who had the tools to to give me until the XXXX, as her manager did, but instead chose to harass, abuse and made me feel small to nothing. Not to mention I'm currently filing for bankruptcy because I do not have enough income to pay all my bills.

I originally walked into XXXX XXXX XXXX to purchase a vehicle. After an agreement of {$1500.00} as a down-payment, I found a car I liked, signed the papers, and left with the car. In the next following days, I received a call from the dealership stating that my auto finance company would be CA Auto Finance. I took the information down and made contact with them. During the month of XXXX, they requested a copy of the insurance. I faxed and emailed a copy, called and spoke to a representative by the name of XXXX ( whom I also sent it the insurance info to ) said she received it and I left it at that. I did n't hear from them in regards to the insurance until the next month 's car not was due in XXXX. They sent a notice stating they were adding their own fees because they did n't receive insurance information despite speaking to and confirming with XXXX. I then called back and spoke to another associate by the name of XXXX, who then finally admitted they did receive my insurance papers but it was the wrong form and someone failed to notify me for another copy. She then argued with me back and forth as if I was going to know that it was the wrong form THEIR company. Upon settling that somewhat, my car note becomes due within the next days and I request an extension, I am granted that extension by one of the associates for 2 weeks. The next day however, I was receiving back to back calls and messages from the finance company stating that I owed them money. I hurried and called back because I had just spoken to 2 of their employees yesterday and got the extension. The associate went on to say that the employee who said that did not have permission to do so but that because of the confusion and the fact that I had put money into repairing the car, she would grant the extension. I was then again confused, but needed the extension so I said okay. In the next few days, CA Auto Finance decided it was their business to reach out to the dealership I bought the car from and tell them my personal business. I then began to receive harassing phone calls from both the dealership AND the auto finance company. I had to take the car in twice to the dealership after purchasing it for issues concealed by the dealer. The dealer then did mediocre repair job and then used derogatory and offensive language towards me and my girlfriend. After receiving several messages/calls daily that could total more than 6 calls a day, the auto finance company decided to involve another unknown individual into the situation, who also harassed me AFTER I told him I was at work and he proceeded to call and speak to me offensively. I 've saved texted messages from the Auto Finance Company as well a call log with all calls related to them and this issue, and lastly, I have voicemails. I also have the voicemail where the an associate of the finance company left me a message stating that she knew I had a new car ( which I did n't, they unknowingly ran my credit without authorization or good reason and phished into my credit ) and that she would notify that car company that I am a fraud and to go pick my car up that night unless I called them back. So not only did they harass me with over 5+ calls and 3+ messages a day, but they threatened for defamation of character and slander. I was even told by a person representing the car dealership that it would be a good idea to file a complain towards CA Auto Finance. Not to mention the unauthorized hard inquiry they put on my credit report trying to phish information. I read several reviews AFTER being assigned to this company and they are very disrespectful, incompetent, and overall trashy! I even called today to speak about my recent issues ( mind you I let them have the car back because they were just cause too much distress and pain in my life by harassing me everyday! ), when I spoke to the associate, she was very unapologetic and acted very ignorant. Her name was XXXX and I had spoken to her several times in the past including another complaint I had with them. She then acted as if she had never spoke to me, and I even have a recorder voicemail from her on my phone! These people are just money hungry, liars, and incompetent imbeciles. I plan on filing a legal complaint because their course of actions were very unorthodox, inconsiderate, and stressful.

In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from California Auto Finance ( CAF ) stating that I needed to provide proof of insurance on my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX that I originally purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX California and then California Auto Finance purchased the loan from them. They immediately started charging me a {$4.00} service fee to make my payment to them even if I pay on-line so I signed up for direct withdrawal hoping that would stop the {$4.00} fee but it did not so I think this is a surcharge that is unfair to people that don't have great credit but that is not what I'm complaining about. In XX/XX/XXXX CAF sent the letter and I immediately went to my XXXX app and downloaded a copy to my computer and e-mailed it to them. In XXXX I received another letter stating that I needed to provide proof or they would attach a Loss Damage Waiver to my account so I re-sent the e-mail asking them to respond stating that they received my proof but CAF did not respond. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from XXXX @ XXXX and it was a lady from CAF asking me where my car payment was at and I told her that I just received a text from CAF this morning stating that my automatic withdrawal was complete and she said I don't see that on my end and I told her to look again because I'm on automatic withdrawal from them and she asked me when my payment is due by and I told her again that I'm on automatic withdrawal from their company and you take the payment when you take it. She then said she looked it up and it's due today to which I rudely replied back to her that I got the text message already stating that the payment has been received. She then says, well, we have not received your proof of insurance either and I said to her that I have had XXXX fax the proof, I have downloaded and sent the proof via e-mail just like the letter asked me to do and I did that in XXXX and she then tells me we do not accept emails to which I replied that you do because the letter said to send it to this e-mail address and that is what I did, I also sent another follow up e-mail to the orginal asking if I could get a confirmation e-mail back and she replied that that never happened and then out of the blue she tells me that I have the incorrect address on my proof of insurance ( which just confirmed to me that she had the proof right in front of her all along ) and I said to her, does that mean that XXXX of California does not know your address because they also faxed a copy to you as well as me emailing it and now you tell me the address is wrong. She then said yes, please write this address down and this is where you can mail your proof to and I said I'm driving can you just email me the address so that way there is no mistaken issues anymore and she simply said no, we do not do email to which I replied, you know what, your just wanting more money and so in the end it does not matter what hoops I jump through it will not be enough so just do what your wanting to do and add the waiver and I will do what I have to do to fight it and she said we don't want to do this we just want the correct address on the proof and I hung up. on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from an unknown sender that just says XXXX XXXX so I opened it and it was from CAF saying that I did not provide proof and therefore they were immediately charging me {$1600.00} ( amount financed ), at an annual rate of 16.99 % with a finance charge of {$260.00} for a total of payments in the amount of {$1900.00} and that will now bring my monthly payment to a new payment in the amount of {$460.00} from the {$350.00} I currently pay. I ask that you reach out to CAF and have them stop what they are doing and I also ask that you investigate this company for fraudulent ways of doing business because I can guarantee you that if they are doing this to me then they are doing this to people that do not know how to get help.

On XX/XX/2019, my partner XXXX and I purchased a car from XXXX XXXX XXXX with a {$2500.00} deposit. When completing the contract they only put XXXX on the car when we asked for both our names on the car. At the time insurance only my name, XXXX XXXX, was on the insurance, but once we purchased the vehicle both names were on the insurance through XXXX. We noticed insurance was extremely high so I was on the look for another. Our car overheated and I called them to inform them our car overheated on XX/XX/XXXX. We barely had the car for a month and we requested that they pick it up and fix the issues with the car. When they picked it up on XX/XX/XXXX they never contacted us to inform us on what was wrong with the car nor when it would be ready for pick up. We called later that afternoon and they informed us that they are repossessing the car. We were confused because we havent even made our first payment. They stated they dont have all the information such as references and insurance. I sent them the information and was requested to come in. I stressed to them its unprofessional to not have all of our documents because I made sure I sent them. We ended up having to come back on XX/XX/XXXX to redo the deal and gave them all the information. Since insurance became to high for us as I stated before we switched from XXXXXXXX to XXXX XXXX. I was informed by XXXX XXXX to not add XXXX because all drivers are insured. I tried to add him any way however he was denied. I purchased the insurance so we wouldnt be without insurance and canceled the previous insurance. I knew I needed insurance with both names so I got a quote and had to wait until we were able to afford to make another payment for another quote. XXXX contacted me XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX and XXXX asked for insurance. I let them know my situation however they did not want to wait and blamed the urgency of insurance on the finance company, California Auto Finance. I stated I will speak to the finance company and they told me no. They then threatened to take the car back and not give me a full refund. I called the finance company any way and spoke to XXXX and XXXX. They told me they can wait for insurance with both names and will finalize the deal. I called the finance company XX/XX/XXXX letting them know I never received anything in the mail and my payment is due the XXXX of XXXX. They told me they couldnt find my account and to call XXXX. I then called XXXX and spoke with XXXX to try to make a payment, I also had insurance with both names and they told me theres nothing I can do at this point. I then reported them to the better business of bureau and now Im waiting for a response back on the dealerships response. I went over my contract and it states the dealership can only cancel our contract if they cant find a finance company within 10 days which they did. I have documents of them threatening to take me to court and not exchange a full refund. Ive tried to communicate many times but I was hung up on and threatened by multiple people. I was then able to speak with them XX/XX/XXXX however they wanted me to make a {$480.00} payment to them even though they dont have a finance company for me. Our car note is {$400.00} so the {$87.00} late fee however when I spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX he told me I wasnt able to make a payment. I was able to record this conversation as well as evidence of their customer service because when I called back my call was forwarded three times. The car is still in our possession I just have worries that we will be with out a car and wont be given a full refund for the inconveniences on their behalf.

Incident date XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX We where listed as a Third party reference. I, XXXX XXXX took the call. They asked for XXXX XXXX the loan holder. I informed the Representative that she was not available. The Representative identified herself as XXXX from California Auto. I told XXXX the Representative from California Auto regardiing the XXXX Toyota highander and that she needed to locate vehicle. I explained that we have asked several times to please remove telephone as point of reference. XXXX then said, I was being rude. I explained to XXXX that she is calling a third party. XXXX then started to harrass me and started shouting, " why dont you do something and take a message? '' I explained that two weeks prior I had spoken with Manager XXXX XXXX and Third Party reference would be removed. XXXX from California Auto then stated, she was recording the call and that she would call back again. I informed her she was harassing a XXXX. I asked why the tel # has not been removed. I then asked to speak with person in charge. She placed XXXX XXXX on the phone. XXXX XXXX identified himself as CEO of California Auto. I informed CEO XXXX XXXX that I was being harrased by his company once again. XXXX XXXX then stated California Auot was not doing anythiing wrong by calling a XXXX. I explained I was a Third party and did not have loan. I reminded him that i had spoken with him about 2 weeks earlier, regarding harassment. XXXX XXXX XXXX stated he was doing his job and not breaking the law and that he would continue to call. Call XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX from California Auto XXXX Received call from XXXX XXXX Stating that she was California Auto , she asked for XXXX XXXX regarding the XXXX Toyota highlander. I said not here. She then asked for XXXX XXXX. I asked if XXXX XXXX was on the loan XXXX said no. I asked her to remove telephone number XXXX. XXXX Representative from California Auto said, that she needed to locate the XXXX Toyota Hghlander and then asked for XXXX XXXX. I informed her that she was harassing me and that she needed to remove telephone number. Representative hung up. Then she called me back twice with intent to harass by letting the phone ring and hung up at XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX am and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX am. Call XXXX/XXXX/XXXX at XXXX from California XXXX XXXX Representative from California Auto did not identify herself. I informed the Representative that I have received harassing phone calls and that I have asked numerous times for telephone XXXX be removed. She continued to harass me by asking for Third party XXXX XXXX. I asked if XXXX XXXX has a loan with California Auto. Representative then said no. I asked her again to please remove my telephone number. I explained that her company has been harassing us since XX/XX/XXXX and tat I had already spoken with XXXX XXXX regarding third party contact. She then said she would remove telephone number.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' California Auto Finance is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' California Auto Finance the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, California Auto Finance whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. California Auto Finance informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states " Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than XXXX years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

XXXX There is a vehicle repossession from California Auto Finance and a the collection from the repossession from the repo from XXXX on my credit report. I disputed the information bureaus. The XXXX account was deleted from the XXXX and XXXX but remained on XXXX. The collection from XXXX that is from the repo was still reporting with all 3 bureaus. After the credit bureaus claimed to have verified the debt. I sent a letter Certified Mail with Return Reciept to the car dealership, XXXX were the veheicle was purchased, to California Auto Finance and XXXX, requesting that they Please provide copies of the legal notices and proof of the commercially reasonable manner of the resale of the subject vehicle. If no such proof is provided within 14 days from receipt of this notice, the alleged claim of a deficiency will be considered null and void, and any continued collection activities, or continued reporting of this invalid claim on my credit reports will be considered a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. In addition, if you singularly or severally fail to comply with the above requests, I reserve the right to seek damages against all parties, under all available State and Federal statutes and UCC 9 remedies. Only XXXX responded with a hand rewritten note stating " the original creditor advises they did not repo the vechile so there are no documents to be sent ''. XXXX continued to leave " not able to contact debtor on the comment section on my credit report after they contacted me with a hand written letter. California Auto Finance amd XXXX failed to respond to my request. Since XXXX failed to reply and provide with any documentation, feel that the alleged claim of a deficiency will be considered null and void, and any continued collection activities, or continued reporting of this invalid claim on my credit reports will be considered a violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. After no responds I sent a letter to the credit bureaus notifying them that I personally reached out to the California Auto finance and XXXX requesting documentation to validate them reporting on my credit and neither company was able to provided me with the documentation that I requested, but the accounts still come back as verified and California Auto finance has changed account status from repossession to charge off and XXXX removed their comment stating that they were not able to find the debtor " me ''. I believe neither company has the proper paper work to for this account and want the information removed from my credit report. I will upload all of the documents that I have mentioned. On XX/XX/19 I received a phone call from my daughter XXXX XXXX who has an auto loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX, she informed me that she just got off of the phone with XXXX credit manager who basically threatened her to send in a payment of XXXX by XXXX XXXX that date. Daughter who has been late with her payments due to the recent camp fire that not only destroyed our home, but lost her source of income due to business burned up, has looked to me to assist in making her payments. Granted payments were late, but non the less they were sent. Therefore I called XXXX XXXX XXXX which I have permission to do so by my daughter and was transferred to XXXX the Credit Manager who was not only rude and had extremely poor customer service but had the same arrogant behavior that my daughter stated she encountered. I asked for his supervisor and he said that he was his own supervisor, I asked for his last name ; and he said that I only need to know his first name and hung up on me. The entire conversation with XXXX, he was rude and condescending and kept stating " you have 10 minutes '' meaning we had till XXXX to send the XXXX payment through XXXX XXXX. I attempted to make the payment through XXXX XXXX as requested but ran into problems with logging in. Therefore I called XXXX XXXX XXXX again and asked to speak to XXXX supervisor ; explained what happened and was informed that XXXX was his supervisor and was given her email and phone number ; I attempted to call XXXX ; which went to voicemail, left a detailed voice message and requested a return call. I also sent her an email explaining what has happened and as of this date ; still have heard no response. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX at least 5-6 times within a 3 hour period and maybe 2 of the calls were handled appropriately and information was told to me that my information would be passed unto the appropriate parties. Almost 24 hours I still have not heard from anyone. Maybe you should look into how a company is so willing to finance an XXXX year old who was working less then part time at a restaurant be financed on a $ XXXX automobile. California Auto Finance added insurance to my payment despite sending the proof of insurance to them and their staff calling and verifying the insurance to the company. I asked for information regarding deferment, since there is a hardship on my part XXXX explained to me their deferment policy and she said that she will transfer me to the collector that was assigned to my account. I explained to her that the other representative said that they do but she keeps on reiterating " We do n't offer deferment '' this time she said that " You need to send your payment we ca n't wait for it anymore ''. They reported to me that a collector from California Auto Finance called them stating that I need to pay my debt to them or they will lock down the car. This a complete violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Specially in the state of California law where original creditor is also consider as the debt collector. FDCPA states that Debt Collector can not ask third party to pass on a message, which in this case they completely violates. FDCPA also states that debt collector can not call third party more than once and can only ask to obtain or confirm location, again California Auto Finance Completely Violated. FDCPA also prohibits them from revealing consumer debt, which again they violated. FDCPA also prohibits them from harassing or stating any threatening words and for them to say that they will shut down the car despite of negotiation and sincere efforts to pay the debt is just a blatant harassment. Not at fault, they knew the first week. 70days {$0.00} My name is the only one on the title. My wife is on my insurance policy, full coverage {$300.00} a month. When I become a day late on my payment, or even on the day of the due date, I will receive calls from the finance company that is financing my car. I am not always able to answer as I work full time in classrooms with children and I am not allowed to be on my cell phone. Sometimes I am able to step out to quickly take the call to inform them I am busy working and to please only call after XXXX, instead of agreeing they will hang up on me. If I do not answer their calls during my work hours, they will call me right back with different phone number, then send text messages and emails. They then will call my references and employer at least twice the same day. After jumping through hoops with them, I paid off the collection fee AND the repossession fee that same day. The total amount for that transaction was about {$540.00}. My account was closed with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, and everything was satisfactorily paid in full and my account balance was zero. I received my title from them, and immediately filed for a new title to completely remove XXXX XXXX XXXX as the lien holder since I did not trust them one bit. That vehicle in question was later traded in to purchase a new vehicle sometime in XX/XX/XXXX. Prior to that, in approximately the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for a mortgage. My mortgage agent stated to me that on my credit report, through Transunion, the XXXX XXXX account still shows as open with a balance of {$540.00}. I immediately called XXXX XXXX and they stated that my account shows as paid in full. I requested proof of that, and I was mailed out my payment history. I asked the representative to immediately report my account as paid in full and closed, but she was not helpful in giving me any information why it was still open, and instead told me to go online and file a dispute, since " they did everything correctly. '' I am filing this dispute with the CFPB against XXXX XXXX XXXX for pure negligence in reporting my account as correctly closed and paid in full to Transunion. California auto finance has tried to scam me from the beginning. From the first payment they lied about fees I didnt own called me a liar and my fianc a liar. Gave my fianc all the information from my loan when he is not on my loan. They have gotten into arguments with my insurance company because they where trying to charge me for not having insurance when I did and tried to charge me for it still with proof. I spoke with them letting them know that due to COVID-19 I was struggling to pay but that I would have payment. I always pay. They call my cell between 3-6 times a day sometimes with multiple text saying I owe them. They call me even when I give them a date that I will have payment. They call my job multiple times a day call my coworkers liars and pretend to be sibling. My coworker cried once from the lady stressing her out too because of how many times she called in one day. My coworker said she kept calling her a liar. ( I was not in the office at the time ) they leave me threatening voicemails like Im going to come to your job today which sounds very threatening to me. I am so overwhelmed by these people I have had mental breakdowns and I have been having trouble sleeping and this has really effects my job performance. I purchased a vehicle from the used car dealership, XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX, CA XXXX ) in about XXXX of 2020. Hello, I am disputing this because it is wrong for them to put this on my credit report when I'm still paying them. How can they put this at the middle of the purchase of the car payments when I'm still paying on it? Not to mention this car has been a awful investment. The creditor is unwilling to try to work with you on late payments. They always threaten repossession as the first line of action. Give ridiculous deadlines and threats and very unprofessional. Call your references and family members right away harassing them if you are late. Very degrading and unprofessional in their actions. First and foremost, I must be honest and say I am 26 days past due on my loan. XXXX XXXX XXXX has made reasonable attempts to help me stay current. My problem is with their collection practices. No, I do not answer every call they make to me. However, I do stay in contact with them at least every two weeks. My problem is with their continued third party disclosure to references I gave to them. I have never financed a vehicle before in my life. I worked at a XXXX XXXX as a XXXX XXXX and regularly endorsed contracts. A loan belonging to two customers went bad and the finance company attached their loan to my personal credit because the corporation had a guarantee. Company repeatedly calls about 4 times a day and then from blocked numbers. Company left a message with private information on the voicemail. ASked the comopany to only contact me through mail. The company would call my employer and repeatedly call my phone. The company was notified of the loss of my daughter and was told to give the family time before contacting them and they still continued to call making comments like " OK and she still owes this debt '' Very insensitive about the passing away of the primary driver of the car.

I purchased a vehicle through California auto finance 3 years ago. I was late on 1 payment, since then they have stopped reporting my credit score to XXXX. My auto loan should be at about 6200+ int. XXXX told me that they were made aware that XXXX closed my auto loan. Which is not true because I am still in possession of the vehicle. They call everyday with harassing threats and are very combative after making an agreement with them to make a payment on a certain day, due to hardships the payments are late. But I make agreements with them on a Monday to make the payment on Friday and get calls everyday till the day arrives. They are rude and hang up if you tell them about the agreement that was made. Then make threats of repossession. This is the worst customer service ever.

I normally pay my car loan on my first check of the month, which is usually within the 10 day grace period of my contract. The day after the loan is due, I get harassing collection calls. They leave voicemails daily and keep calling after the voicemails are left. I will pick up the phone and they hang up on me. This harassment continues until the bill gets paid irregardless of me speaking to them and making an arrangement.
