On XX/XX/2019 at XXXX XXXX I sent a correspondence to XXXX at 360 Mortgage, Inc. I'd spoken to XXXX earlier that day after visiting the companies website to file a complaint about the service I was experiencing at the time. I've emailed this gentleman one more time since the initial correspondence and have not yet received an answer as to what went on with my loan application. My credit was pulled by the loan originator at this mortgage company. I have all correspondences to the gentleman and the loan officer including texts. The initial email correspondence read : " On XX/XX/2019 I reached out to XXXX XXXX regarding doing business with your company. 360 Mortgage, Inc. came highly recommended by a friend and colleague for possibly getting difficult deals like mine done. XXXX and I corresponded via email and text messaging and I submitted all the items requested as soon as possible. When she pulled my credit, I hadnt yet lifted the security freeze off of one of the credit reporting agencies, but did so immediately upon learning from her that she was only able to obtain two of them. I learned last week that she still hadnt obtained a report from the third agency and thats when it occurred to me that my application probably wasnt being processed. I have all text and email correspondences between she and I. Im not sure where things went wrong but Im perplexed at how business has been handled.
