Received a phone call at XXXX on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX from a XXXX XXXX at XXXX and XXXX. Mr. XXXX did not state that this was a call to collect a debt or that I was on a recorded line. MrXXXX XXXX continued to state that he was with XXXX and XXXX and wanted to work with me in regards to a past debt. I told him that I do recall the debt but if I could receive a letter with all the information to confirm. He stated that he can just give me whatever information that I need over the phone. I let him know that I settled a debt recently and thought that it was for this particular client, he let me know that I should have received a letter from them if that was the case. I did let Mr. XXXX know that I was at work and would be more than happy to look into this as well. Mr. XXXX continued on by stating that I should be happy that they are willing to work with me because if I don't then that they will add this onto my credit report and that it would be stuck with me for the next 7 years and that since I am young, it would affect many items. Mr. XXXX stated that he would give me the day to check in to see if I could find a letter stating that the debt was paid and that I could give him a call back on XX/XX/2021. He then proceeded to give me his direct line and asked, " Did I give you my email yet? '' I stated that he had not and then he said that it was okay, that I didn't need it anyway. I asked if I could have the email address just in case if I needed to follow up and if he did not answer is phone. Mr. XXXX then became very aggressive saying that he just said I didn't need it. I reiterated that I do have a right to contact him via email if I choose to and he said that I still didn't need it and he could refuse if he wanted to. I asked him again and he said that he would not provide me with an email address to reach him and that he would not transfer my call to someone else. There is a clear difference in using scare tactics versus stating things that are illegal. I called back on XX/XX/2021 and spoke to a representative who did confirm that the call was recorded but did let them know that I was unaware since he did not say this. I am still awaiting a call back from Mr. XXXX as that is Mr. XXXX 's direct supervisor.

Outline of Occurrences : On XXXX/XXXX/2016, I reached out to Cash Factory USA and advised that due to the holiday my funds would not be available on XXXX/XXXX/2016. I advised that I would need the funds owed to transact on XXXX/XXXX/2016 opposed to XXXX/XXXX/2016. After, speaking with numerous agents and managers this variance was approved. On XXXX/XXXX/2016, I received a notification from my Bank advising that said company recovered a lesser fee. I received a " Docu-sign '' email later on XXXX/XXXX/2016 in regards to refinancing of my account that had to be electronically signed and delivered by law. I never spoke with anyone in regards to refinancing this account ; just to have the transaction withdrawn on a later date of XXXX/XXXX/2016 for the full payment. The refinance documents advise of the Credit Access Business Agreement ( CAB ) fee that is indicative of refinancing. A refinance can only be administered upon completion of information and documentations required by the lender to refinance a loan. This documentation was never completed, due to never being discussed. However, a refinance of the account was completed without legal documentation required by the said company governing body ( Texas office of the consumer credit commissioner under chapter 393 ) or the Texas Finance Code in connection with my state of residence ( TX ). On XXXX/XXXX/2016 the said company reentered my account and retracted a larger amount that they were not authorized, too. Emails from the said company managers to substantiate and emails that were sent after the refinance fee was retracted advising had n't been signed/ completed and needed my signature. Offenses indicated below : 1. ( CAB ) Refinance fee deducted from my personal account 2. Disclosure date for Refinance agreement sent on XXXX/XXXX/2016 3. No signed agreement obtained from said customer to refinance account 4. Attempted to collect wrong amount

Cash Factory USA promised a payment arrangement over the phone that was different from what was emailed to me. In XX/XX/XXXX I took out a loan of {$750.00} from Cash Factory. Due to unforseen hardships I got behind in the payments. In XX/XX/XXXX I set up a payment arrangement of $ XXXX. I paid this amount for XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX their system would not allow me to make a payment. I was told my account is now handled by the retention team. On XXXX I spoke with XXXX in the retention team who told me the debt in the amount of {$940.00} could be settled for {$470.00} to be deducted from my debit card on XX/XX/XXXX. I agreed on the condition I would received this settlement agreement in writing. XXXX promised I would receive it. The email I received from her only said a payment arrangement of {$470.00} had been set up. It said nothing regarding the debt being a settled in full amount. I emailed Cash Factory USA and asked them to send in writing what was offered over the phone ; which was a settlement arrangement, not pay arrangement and they refused. The letter gives the impression I must make more payments. In my email, I stated I would revoke my payment authorization if this is not corrected. I do not want to pay this amount only to have Cash Factory say I still owe them more money. Promising a settlement amount over the phone, then sending an email which alludes to something entirely different is a deceptive business practice. I need Cash Factory to honor their promise made over the phone and send the correct Settlement arrangement in writing.

XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXTook out a payday loan with the Cash Factory out of XXXX XXXX. Due to medical reasons I was unable to pay back on the due date. Once I returned to work I spoke to a woman at the XXXX XXXX and worked out a payment arrangement. The arrangement was to divide the balance into XXXX payments of {$310.00} every other week. The complaint I have is during the call ( which I 'm positive was recorded ) I was told that I would be able to move a payment out if I was unable to make the payment. I was told that I needed to make a single payment in XX/XX/XXXX. I made the payment. The next payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. When I called to move this payment out I was then told that I could n't move any payment except with in the month that it was due. So I was told that I had to make the XX/XX/XXXX payment and could move it to today XX/XX/XXXX and only that date. I moved it to today XX/XX/XXXX but rent was more important than that payment so I 'm unable to make the payment. I was told if I did n't make the payment they would be able to come after the whole amount at any time on any date which through the initial agreement will be on a Friday pay day because now they know my bi-weekly pay dates. I was lied too during the initial call about moving out a payment which became relevant during the subsequent call where she stated I could not move any payment.

Hello, I am requesting that I be provided a full refund from this company known as Cash Factory USA regarding the funds that were taken from my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I am requesting a full refund for the amount of {$1400.00} that total the funds that this company stole from me. I provided a bank statement from XX/XX/2023 that shows no funds or goods were received from this company. The only department I am able to get in contact with is their Compliance team that can only communicate through email. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since XX/XX/2023. The only resolution I will accept is being issued a full refund for the amount above as I am now having to resort to reaching out to XXXX agencies to assist me with getting this matter resolved. I received a credit reporting alert that a company XXXX Cash Factory USA is reporting to credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) a {$420.00} collections delinquent for non-payment. This is a fraudulent attempt to collect a debt I NEVER owed. This has negatively impacted my credit score. Please take action against this company. I have already contacted XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to report this fraudulent activity. I have also escalated this matter to my legal team and State 's Attorney. Please instruct this company to delete this fraudulent account from my credit file ASAP.

I received an email at an old email address I rarely use ( XXXX ) thanking me for applying for a loan. Then another saying my loan agreement was ready to sign. I replied back to the emails that I did not apply for any loan and asked for the application information, IP address, and device used to apply. Today I received an Adverse Action email from them stating they could not approve my loan. I never received any response from them. I have never applied for a loan with them and would never use an online loan of this type.

This company called XXXX has called myself, my mother and my sister. They are saying that they represent cash factory USA, and they are threatening to sue me in XXXX XXXX court in Wisconsin. They offer no proof that I owe this amount. Representatives at cash factory tell me that they sold my debt. Their number comes up on XXXX as being a potential debt collecting scam. I asked for the debt to be validated and the merchant refused. They informed me to check my email or call the merchant. I never entered into a contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX and I need my contract furnished before I proceed with payments. If theyre able to confirm the debt Im willing to pay what ever the initial loan amount was. I have been threatened with having my wages garnished 25 % and / or having to pay double or triple the current amount.

this online lender is not license in the state of texas. they kept adding more fees and interest charges i was not expecting and can not afford. they have been harrassing me with emails and phone calls during work and on sundays. I been paying more then what I owe and not am behind on my bills.
