In the middle of applying for a loan during the underwriting stage, the Loan Officer XXXX XXXX NMLSXXXX emailed me saying that he nor anyone in the office had time to work on my loan and good luck finding another financial institution. I have also asked for a copy of my credit report. At this time I have neither received my report nor has my request been acknowledged XXXX is employed as a loan officer with : 1st Financial XXXX XXXX XXXX NMLS ID # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Branch Manager : XXXX XXXX I have also tried to contact the corporate headquarters and speak with the Director of Operations XXXX XXXX and left a message in the general VM box as there was never an opportunity to actually speak with someone each time I called.

Every month I receive an " Expiration Notice '' regarding accessing my equity through my mortgage company. The " expiration notice '' is NOT from my mortgage company. The notice is from a third party : 1st Financial , Inc . This third party uses my current mortgage company 's name in their notice as way to appear legitimate. The purpose of 1st Financial, Inc. is what I believe is to obtain my personal information. Why would they mail an " expiration notice '' every month and request I call them to discuss how to access my equity. I have called their XXXX to request removal of my name from their mail list but their is no answer.
