Dear CFPB, I am complaining about XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX stealing the assets of the Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX at our family home at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Illinois XXXX. They sued my deceased parents which is legally impossible ( NO SERVICE OF SUMMONS ON MY DECEASED PARENTS ) The Mortgage Insurance premiums that my deceased parents paid for, paid off XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2013 in the amount of {$97000.00}, FHA Case # XXXX. After they got paid they continued to foreclose against my deceased parents which you can not do, Pursuant the Illinois Judicial Foreclosure Law 735 ILCS 5/15-1501 ( a ) ( i ) Which makes a Mortgagor a necessary party and a indispensable party to a foreclosure action. Then they sued me a non-mortgagor and stole the assets of the Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX and even my personal property at our lifelong family home at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Illinois XXXX. The law of Intestate succession was violated and stolen pursuant Federal and State of Illinois Law of Decent and Distribution : XXXX ILCS XXXX ( b ) Which reads in part ; ( If there is no surviving spouse but a descedent of the decedent : the entire estate to the descedent per XXXX ) Once again XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX their attorneys have committed fraud and theft of the assets of the Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the Son and Next of Kin of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX , they have falsified, the character, amount and legal status of the debt when they got paid by the XXXX Insurance that my parents paid for on XX/XX/2013 in the amount of {$97000.00} on XXXX. Once again the assets of the Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX Pursuant 755 ILCS 5/2-1 ( b ) was threatened, abused, harrassed, Vandalised, tresspassed, evicted and stolen by the Bank, their attorneys and the court. The Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX never signed a note in the amount of {$100000.00} The Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX never signed a mortgage in the amount of {$100000.00} The Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX never borrowed any money from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$100000.00} The assets of the Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX the Son of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( My Parents ) Was XXXX, XXXX, tresspassed, Usurped, Vandalised, Evicted and stolen by The Bank, their attorneys www.logs.com and elected and appointed officials of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Illinois. Once again XXXX XXXX got paid on XX/XX/2013 in the amount of {$97000.00} They have stolen the assets of the Heir XXXX XXXX XXXX pursuant the Law of Decent and Distribution 755 ILCS 5/2-1 ( b )

My complaint is with XXXX XXXX apartments. They have my credit report down with an eviction. They are saying I was on the lease when they tried to evict my father. My name and social should n't have even been on it considering I did n't sign the lease until after I moved in with parents. Now they are trying to nail me with an eviction that I was n't a part of. I need this fixed because it is messing up me trying to get into an apartment. Since I was n't even on the list to begin with. It should have been under XXXX XXXX . Not XXXX XXXX .

Upon being denied credit from a lender for " too many inquiries '' and later approved.
